We stay there every time. Top value for money and an amazing breakfast. Great value

Older style room - dripping taps and shower had mould on corner tiles.

Visit to Winter Festival

Beds were very comfortable, big bathroom, everything was clean, nice balcony, decent choice of breakfast food, but nothing cooked. Air conditioning kept the room nice and warm.

First morning, there was no staff present at the breakfast, so when orange juice ran out it wasn’t refilled. Driveway is in need of some repairs.

Very pleasant

Appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast. Room quite clean and well equiped.

Didn’t appreciate being told before any greeting not to take anything from the room, not even a spoon or washer. I appreciate stealing is probably a problem but a notice in each room might be a better option than an interrogation first up.

Excellent stay

The bedroom we had was very spacious and clean, and had a balcony. The kitchenette and bathroom was also big and clean. It had all the basic amenities such as kettle, cutleries, toaster, toiletries etc. Breakfast was also provided as part of the stay which was great.

Enjoyable place Bathurst and the Gold Panner is a good value stay.

The set-up is basic, however, everything was really good. The balcony would be great to watch the sunset (I was out each night at that time), as we watched the sunset from the same direction where I was at.

The light on the TV (presumably something to do with the remote) was in my face whilst in bed and I had to hang pants over it. Not the property's doing but google maps gives the impression the entrance is from main (Sydney) road but the actual driveway is off the side street to the roundabout.

A very pleasant place and good location and easy to get to place a from.

It was nice and clean and we loved the gardens.The attendant was very nice.

The gardens and flowers

Some rooms are renovated but most aren’t. One of the beds was missing the wheels so the bed was quite low. It was more dirty then usually - we stay here every year. There is now a fee to use the bbq area. Apparently it is due to the inflation and because of additional cleaning. The area was so extremely dirty and full of spiderwebs. It was disgusting. I don’t think that it has been clean since we’ve been there last year.

Great spot for a quick stay

The rooms have been updated and we’re tidy and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was super helpful too!

The room we were in was closest to the highway and was quite noisy, but not to the point it interrupted our sleep. The outside of the property looks very dated, including some very old play equipment. Updating this would be a huge draw card for families.

A great quiet place to stay and the breakfast was definitely a bonus. Would recommend this place to others.

It was very clean,comfortable and the double bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was tasty and varied.

Unfortunately, the single bed mattress was very hard to sleep on.

We upgraded to a refurbished room #4 and it has been tastefully done Everything provided cutlery toaster kettle iron hairdryer, even a tea towel Bed was comfortable with extra blankets if needed. Balcony overlooking massive grassed area Complimentary breakfast had an extensive selection A very well presented motel with a helpful owner.
