Rooms very old and in desperate need of an upgrade. Bar and restaurant downstairs very good though.

Bar and restaurant were great but the rooms are badly in need of an upgrade.

The room was in disrepair. Bathroom was dreadful in terms of shower, taps, toilet and mirror being very old and needed upgraded. The room was extremely old and didn’t appear to have been upgraded in many years.

Great

Breakfast was good for my partner but the wait for me was too long and I left with no breakfast. On this particular Saturday morning some people waited over an hour. The restaurant had excellent food and service was great

How my partner got his breakfast and I watched him eat and left without mine even though we had paid for mine as the 1 hr plus was too long as we had a commitment

Uncomfortable, wouldn't stay again. Would be OK for singles if you can get them below $80 a night

Not a lot, check in staff (aka bar staff) were friendly.

Room was small, '3 person' was actually just a double bed pushed up against the wall and a single pushed up against the other. The 'Air Conditioning' was a crappy and loud portable unit plumbed to the cracked and taped window. The entry door to the hallway was right at the stairs which means you need to stand on the steps whilst opening the door, pretty dodgy an not safe. TV was tiny and mounted on the ceiling. Bathroom was functional but very poor water pressure Hallway roof was water damaged and/or mouldy

Pleasant

The hotel was in a good location. The room had tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was big.

The room was very small. No table to write a letter or eat food. There was no hanging space for clothes. In the evening the bed was covered with either mosquitoes or flees. Would not choose to stay there again.

Beds were comfortable, location was good.

The bath needed cleaning, it was dirty and had hair that wasn't ours in and around it. Had to stand in it as it is shower over bath.

Great location

Great staff, beautiful meals & walking distance to everything. The Staff were extremely accomodating & helpful! Downstairs the hotel is very well presented.

The portable aircon was extremely noisy, our bathroom can't have been cleaned well as there was mould in majority of the tile cracks and grout. Also a used soap on top of the shower head. Which was a let down. We also had to request extra pillows as the room only came with 2 and the milk for coffees was off and curdled.

I was pleasantly surprised with the room set ups and would definitely recommend to family and friend

Great pub rooms and great location. It was surprisingly quiet and the location was very convenient.

It seemed to take a while to check in. I would imagine parking could be a problem during the week due to the parking time limitations.

beautiful old building close to city centre. Very comfortable. hotel downstairs if you wanted a meal or drink.

It was a comfortable bed The restaurant food was ok not fantastic Staff were pleasant

Bed was comfortable

Bathroom had mould in the grout and around the bath I prefer shower not to be in bathtub Difficult to get in and out without slipping Unfortunately shower rose fell off while my husband was in and we had to go downstairs to get someone to replace it I should have realised it was stairs too
