We had a lovely stay at this guest house. The accommodation was clean, tidy and well maintained throughout. The full English breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Everything was just as we hoped, and there was absolutely nothing to dislike. We would happily stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Lovely friendly guest house. Spotlessly keen, lovely helpful owner, excellent breakfast. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Lovely guest house. Nice feeling about it. Warm welcome from Vanessa. She's easy company, interesting to talk to and looked after us well. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Big bonus for us was no smelly Lenor sheets. Room smelt lovely and fresh. Great TV with Netflix etc. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

10 out of 10 isn’t a true reelection of this establishment or the host that provided exceptional service, standard & value for money, this host knows exactly what to do how to be and give an experience of a stay that you will return again for just that emotion.
I/ we will be returning next year.
There is nothing to note regarding this question.
