Bonjour.
Emplacement idéal entre la plage et la montagne (il y a une plage avec des rochers qui tombent dans la mer à deux minutes à pied de l'hôtel, emplacement libre, en plus de la plage très propre devant une mer également très propre devant l'hôtel).
Parking sur place (vraiment appréciable en bord de mer).
Ce coin du Scauri est vraiment très paisible, en bas de la colline de Minturno.
Ambiance typiquement italienne, avec un excellent staff sous la conduite de Ricardo (un jeune homme formidable qui fait tout pour te sentir bien).
Petit déjeuner avec des gâteaux fait maison. On peut manger à midi et le soir tres bien.
Nos deux chambres communicantes, très bien climatisées, avait une grande terrasse bien équipée ou on à mangé plusieurs fois ( restaurant pizza à emporter et supérette juste derrière l'hôtel).
A deux heures de Rome et à une heure de Naples, en bord de mer avec pleins de sites à visiter à moins de 45 minutes, cette une location parfaite avec un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Gli spazi comuni sono ben curati, la struttura fornisce un parcheggio limitrofo molto comodo. È molto apprezzata la vicinanza al mare e la vicinanza a spiagge sia libere che attrezzate.

Vicino al mare, posizione strategica, tenuto bene.
Ho pagato per una vista mare, ma avevo una vista rumeni, non scherzo. A detta del titolare c'era scritto che quando finivano le camere vista mare davano quelle interne. Gli ho fatto notare che su booking era segnato in verde vista mare e che se non fosse stato così non avrei pernottato lì, infatti il prezzo della camera con vista rumeni non valeva per nulla il prezzo.
