A perfect place for a short stay in the heart od Split but away from the hustle&bustle of the tourist epicenter. The place is situated in the old residential part of town, just a few minutes from the National Theatre, the Promenade (Riva) and Diokletian’s Palace. It’s clean and the check in is smooth. Highly recommended.

We liked the self check in, how easy the instructions were, the bed, and the AC. Tea, our host, was always responsive and we appreciated the water and snacks left in the fridge for us! Location is also pretty close to Old Town, but secluded enough to have peace and quiet at night.
Bathroom was a little crammed and the shower head didn't quite stay on. We had to balance it, which wasn't the most difficult, but it was slightly inconvenient

Clean room with everything you need. Thank you for the warm welcome and for the thoughtful extras like the first aid kit and tea supplies. We really appreciated the attention to detail.

Schön eingerichtet. Aus einem kleinen Raum das beste raus geholt.
Das Zimmer war im Untergeschoss. Zwar mit einem Fenster aber trotzdem mit wenig Tageslicht. Keine Aussicht. Warm Wasser zum Duschen reichte nur für eine Person. 8 Minuten ausserhalb des Zentrums. Für mich und meine Tochter war dies am Abend nicht so passend.
