The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my visit, that got off on the wrong foot at the airport, was not the memory that I would leave wirh. Service was exceptional.

I loved the staff and the nice rooms. The cleaning staff is exceptionally friendly, as are the waiters and the reception desk/porters.
Also, specifically the cooks, I'd like to thank you for the excellent food. Thank you a lot!
The pricing could be just a little bit better, but it is still worth it.
However, the airport taxi being priced 15 USD is a bit much.

The room was a standard hotel room, well equipped. The location is fine but there isn’t much to do around the area. The hotel restaurant, Mumbai Spice, is fantastic. The food is tasty and very good value for money, we ate there on 4 occasions.
The staff are friendly and were willing to help with our queries.
The AC stopped working during our stay however was fixed quickly as was the safe in the room.
The pool could do with a clean.
