Too much traffic noise can’t sleep peacefully
Windows are really badly designed that they can’t even close properly and not double glazed so you can hear everything so loudly
House keeping does a very mediocre cleaning job. Too slow. Everything takes a long time. They never have towels at hand. They have to wait for them to be cleaned and then can replace them.
Lifts are very slow
You can’t have more than 2 key cards or then one of them gets blocked. No telephone near the lifts so you can call reception if need be or if your card doesn’t work to enter.
No telephone in master room so only one in the lounge in a 3 bedroom apartment
Anything you order from reception takes a minimum of one hour to be sorted
Don’t think we will be staying there again
