This was our 4th stop in Northern Italy and I think I found the softest towels in the entire country here. We really enjoyed the rooms. We had two rooms next to each other for our group. My husband and son and I shared our room and kiddo got a full size bed on the pull out couch. The rooms are decorated minimalistic yet kitschy in a really fun way. We loved the Campbell Soup lamps - very Andy Warhol. The rooms were amply stocked with Nutella and crackers, jams, coffee. We had a huge bathroom, more than ample closet space as well as space next to the closet to tuck away our bags. The rooms are small yes, but they are sufficient and comfortable for 2-3 people. The room next to us for the rest of my family was laid out completely differently, their bedroom was large with the same large closet and the pull out couch was separated by a wall, when the couch is closed it would be a small living room separated from the bedroom. Their bathroom was also a good size. The rooms were clean and tidy and the service was very kind and it was easy to get hold of them 24/7. Two absolutely excellent restaurants are adjacent to either Verona Design or the Hotel Armando where you check in and get your bags. The only downside was there was no elevator up to our rooms, which is really fine given it's Europe and we know that's common, but with elderly parents and heavy bags we were lucky my husband was able to handle all of that.
It would be impossible to put an elevator in this beautiful historic building, so we get that. Other than that we don't have any ideas for improvement here.

Location, price was fair, staff was lovely, I didn’t get the names from no one, I even forgot my AirPods and I rushed from the train station and a young lady that probably was cleaning the room handed them to me and I would like to apologise to her because I am a Balkan and we tip for good gestures, but I gave all of my cash to the taxi driver that rushed me back to the hotel.
Again everything was lovely.
A bit nosey from the guests next door having fun, nothing major though
