About this condo rental
Nestled in Los Cristianos, this lovely condo for $90 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This ground floor apartment has a very comfy and spacious feel. We (the owners) stay in this apartment several times a year, consequently it has everything we can think of to make this more like a home from home rather than a holiday let. Located off the central courtyard with its quiet seating area surrounded by plenty of mature trees, plants and greenery the apartment is also situated centrally, between the two pool areas. Inside, the apartment is bright, spacious and contemporary furnished and very well equipped with a spacious patio area which enjoys sun throughout the day with outdoor dining for four and plenty of additional space for sun bathing. This apartment is registered with the on-site letting agents and therefore complies with tourist board regulations. We have equipped the apartment with everything we think you are likely to need to make you stay a safe, relaxed and enjoyable one. This includes for example: 1. Welcome pack on arrival which includes tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, biscuits ,washing up liquid and soap. 2. Free use of the security safe 3. Satellite TV with lots of English channels including Sky sports. 4. DVD player, CD player and radio 5. All the chinaware, glassware and cutlery you could possibly need. 6. A selection of board games and playing cards plus a small selection of books are located in the sideboard cupboard. 7. There are two single fold away “z-beds” which means that the apartment can sleep 4 persons. 8. Cots, high chairs and changing mats are available for families with younger children.free of charge 9. We linclude Beach Towels as part of the linen package - linen is change each week 10. Laundry - iron, ironing board, dryng stand. There is an on-site laundry 11. Telephone in apartment - see owners office for costs. 12. WiFi access available (separate charge) 13. Cushion mats available for use by the pool and various beach items including sun parasols also available 14. Well equipped kitchen - Micowave, 4 hop Oven and large fridge frezer, toaster, coffe machine kettle There is also a laundry room on-site which contains washing machines and dryers. The pools are patrolled by a life guard from 10.00am to 6pm.There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols by the pool so beds are nearly always available. A security guard patrols the complex at night to ensure noise is kept to a minimum and for general security around the complex.

A relaxing appartment
I would recommend this complex for a relaxing break, the appartment has everything you need. You are located a 10-15 min walk from the beach front at los christianos and approx 20 minutes from the airport. There is very good communication with David the owner.

A real gem!
A lovely spacious apartment with everything you could need. Tastefully decorated and furnished, with a large balcony to soak up the sun. Many thanks to David and Nicole for a most enjoyable stay. We would have no hesitation in returning.

Unfortunately we will not be returning to this apartment as being senior citizens one of us struggled with walking up hills.

Apartment was amazing.
All fabulous. Only very slight moan would be not enough sun on terrace. Just two hours in corner daily. Unheated pool area was a bonus proper sun trap. Quiet no kids. Way back from front requires a steep hill climb on the last 100 yards. Apartment was well equipped and clean and spacious. Complex was secure.overall score is 9.9 out of 10

Great stay!
Great apartment, just like described. Only about a 15 min walk to the beach and we found some really great restaurants. Some local bars and restaurants just round the corner but the apartment itself is really quiet. Had no problem getting a sun bed round the pool. Overall really enjoyed our stay and the owners were great at providing all the information needed.

Winter stay 2018
My wife and I have just returned from a three and a half week stay at David & Nicole's appt. David & Nicole have a lovely spacious appt. They have it equipped to the very highest standard. It is bright and very comfortable in every way. What a success the newly refurbished bathroom is! The complex is excellently maintained and all the residents, whether owner occupiers or visitors, respect the quiet ambience. The heated pool, with easy stepped entry access, is set in a lovely sheltered sunny setting and is only 50 paces from the front door. All-in-all, any stay at this appt will not disappoint. Davids apartment is as described and the whole complex is of comparable standard
and the staff were all very helpful. There are plenty of good restaurants near by, but a visit to the roof top garden is a must it reminded me of a huge German beer fest.
We had a great 10 days and hope to go back soon,

Fantastic apartment
Not long returned from a lovely week in this fantastic apartment. Really did not want to leave. Everything was clean and well decorated. It had everything that you could think and was well designed. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on. The complex was so clean and pretty with lots of attractive flower orders. The pools were great and plenty of sunbeds. There were plenty of local pubs, restaurants and shops but the complex was really quiet. David sent us a really helpful welcome pack and has been an outstanding host right from the start and answered any queries really quickly. Looking forward to returning.

Fabulous.
Just spent a week in this lovely apartment. So clean and everything you need and more. Brilliant information pack and welcome items like tea, coffee, water and even a large packet of biscuits! Some really lovely restaurants right on the doorstep and the beach / promenade is not that off. In a word - fabulous! Would we go back - yes indeed.

We had a wonderful holiday, apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable with all the equipment you will need plus more. Location was just 2 mins away from good bars & restaurants, shopping centre with supermarket etc, 10 mins away was los cris main promenade!
Balcony had afternoon & early evening sun with sun loungers and table & chairs. We didn't go to the pools on site as we were out every day but they looked lovely and not over crowded. I recommend the whale 🐳� watching trips we saw lots of gorgeous pilot whales totally enjoyed it.

Spent 2 weeks in this apartment and would highly recommend it.from first contact with owners who couldn't be more helpful to our overall stay in apartment witch was modern, bright and spacious. The complex was well maintained and always felt safe and secure. There are 2 pools(1with a child's pool)and there was always plenty of sun lounger.

Lovely apartment in a great location
The apartment has all you need for a lovely holiday and the bigger than average balcony is a bonus. We very much enjoyed our stay as the property was in a great location with many places to eat close at hand. The management company were also very helpful arranging a place to spend our last day as we had a late flight. Would recommend this property for a relaxing holiday.

BRILLIANTLY EQUIPPED APARTMENT
We had a wonderful stay in the apartment which was just what was promised, the location was central and perfect for what we needed. The apartment had a wonderful balcony which was very private and the swimming pools were great and pretty quiet with lots of sunbeds. Everything you could have asked for was provided in the accommodation, just like home from home. The wi-fi was very fast which was great for keeping in touch with family. The welcome pack was very much appreciated on our arrival. We will definitely be returning to Royal Palm and would recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for a great 10 day stay in your apartment, we had such a lovely time. The apartment has everything that you could ask for, it is spotlessly clean & extremely comfortable. We used the spacious balcony everyday for sunbathing on the comfortable sunloungers and having our lunch & breakfast - the outdoor table & chairs were lovely.
There is a choice of supermarkets and any amount of restaurants & bars only a short stroll away.
The centre of Los Cristianos is about 10 min walk away to the beach & many more restaurant/bars.
We would recommend this apartment for a lovely break the complex is quiet and we couldn't fault it!

Lovely Spacious Apartment in Great Location
David and Nicole,
Thank you so much for a wonderful week in your apartment. Your apartment is lovely and spacious and has everything you need, a complete home from home. It was also a nice touch to have a welcome pack and was greatly appreciated. Lovely large balcony which not only included table and chairs but also wonderful comfy sun loungers. The complex is very clean and quiet, just what Gordon and I needed to re-charge our batteries.
The apartment is situated only about 2 mins to the nearest bars and restaurants. Plenty of choice. The New Yorker as recommended by you was really good as was the Over Seas. There are so many bars and restaurants on your doorstep that there is no need to venture far.
Gordon and I always go to Costa Adeje every April and this was a lovely surprise and will definitely contact you again next year.

This is a very nice apartment on a clean safe and quiet complex close to supermarkets and fine restaurants and a 10 minute stroll to the beach. Ideal place for couples with 2 separate swimming pools and would recommend this apartment for an ideal break

Fantastic apartment.it was very clean, the rooms are spacious, the balcony a very good size for relaxing on sunbeds.
Overall it has all you need, utensils, facilities and crockery etc.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at David and Nicole's apartment in Los Christianos. All the facilities you could hope for were in the apartment and the wider complex offers two decent size pools and a water filter machine which saves carrying those heavy plastic bottles back from the supermarket. There were lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the locale and even more when you ventured on foot to other parts of Los Christianos and beyond.
We normally rent a car but this time we found it fine using a transfer facility from the airport suggested by David which was great value, as was the public bus service where we visited various places around the island.
Definitely would recommend and will use again next time we visit Tenerife. Great follow up call from David checking that all was ok while we were there.

We booked this apartment on homeaway website for our 2 week stay in Tenerife. We visit Tenerife 2-3 times a year, and I have to say the service and the information given to us by David was by far the best we have every received when booking a selfcatering holiday. The apartment has everything you need, David and Nicole seem to have thought of everything right down to beach towels! The bedroom is very spacious, and my husband kept commenting on how comfy the bed was (he usually finds the beds on holiday very uncomfy). Overall it was a very good holiday, and we have David and Nicole to thank for helping to making our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartment, we liked it so much we are returning in December!

First of all we would like to thank David and Nicole for allowing us to use their apartment and for all the help and support we received from them before we went.
The apartment was everything they said it would be, a real home from home, with everything in it that we could possibly need.
The apartment is located on an excellent complex- all the people living there and all the staff are very friendly and also made us feel 'at home'.
It is located on a steep hill but we knew this prior to us travelling and being that we dont have any mobility issues did not cause us any problems. And even so you can soon jump in a taxi for about 4 euros from anywhere in Los Cristianos back to the complex.
The pools and surrounding areas on the complex are well kept and have sunshine for about 9 hours during the day ( 24c to 30c every day while we were there in October).
We cant wait to go back and are already making enquiries for next October for our Silver Wedding Anniversary- possibly for a month.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this lovely apartment. We loved every inch of it and lacked for nothing during our stay. A lovely starter pack was hugely appreciated on arrival! This apartment has some lovely homely touches with everything you would need during your stay and a lovely large terrace with sun loungers and a table and chairs. The apartment is set within an extremely well maintained and quiet private complex which is always clean and has some lovely pool areas. It is close to some lovely bars and restaurants and supermarkets - you really could not want for more! We have been to Tenerife 5 times now in different apartments and this is one of our favourites in this particular area of Los Cristianos.
The communicaiton and information provided by owners was exellent from the outset and we felt 100% confident before we arrived we would have a great apartment - and that is truly what we got! Thank you so much David and Nicole - we will definitely come back!

A week after my retirement we arrived full of expectations and I am delighted to confirm that not only were these met but exceeded.The welcome pack arranged for our arrival was a godsend as we arrived quite late on a Sunday. Additionally the call the following morning from the owner was thoughtful and gave us an opportunity to ask questions and learn about the local facilities. The description of the apartment was accurate and everything that we could need was available - so much so that we soon felt at home and often didn't feel the need to venture out in the evenings! That said there was a good selection of bars and restaurants within easy walkinmg distance offering something for every taste. The complex was also beautifulloy presented and the flower filled gardens provided shady spots to chill out. We found the atmosphere relaxed and peaceful and the onsite Mexican Cantina the perfect place for an early evening aperitif - don't worry 'tho lively it was not noisy and did not disturb us. The holiday provided a great start to retirement and we are seriously thinking of booking again next year - thanks Dave and Nicole for a great holiday.

Joe and I had a lovely holiday and enjoyed our stay at 23 Royal Palm. It was a lovely apartment, it had everything in it we wanted. We were delighted with the balcony and the furniture. Many thanks for allowing us to stay in the apartment on our last day with us having a late flight. This gave us some extra hours without having to worry about our luggage and being able to have a meal before travelling. We would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again when we return to Tenerife. We also really appreciated that the owners were caring enought to ring us on our arrival to make sure all was okay, it was much appreciated
