A lovely property with a good sized pool in a good location.

The location was good, in a quiet area but only a short walk from the harbour waterfront with it's many bars and restaurants. If you enjoy hill walking there are paths up the hill near the property. The rear of the property faces the sea and there were some lovely sunsets. The photos don't really do the property justice - the rooms are a good size and there is a lot of outdoor space. The pool is large at 14 metres long. It is shared with other properties but we mainly had it to ourselves. Danilo was very helpful, he was there to greet us, show us around and arranged a taxi for us on our departure day. Entering through the front door the stairs are on the left, there is a toilet/shower room on the right, followed by a good sized kitchen with an oven and 5 ring gas hob. At the back overlooking the pool and the sea is a good sized lounge with a dining table. There is a sliding patio door to a terrace with a dining table, social table, and sun-loungers. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 overlooking the pool and sea with a good sized terrace and one overlooking the street with a balcony. There is also a bathroom with over-bath shower. On the next floor is a room that has been built onto a roof terrace. It has 2 beds and a small toilet room with sliding concertina door. There is a patio door to a small terrace. All the bedrooms had either pull down shutters or thick curtains to block out the sun. In the basement is a garage and access to the swimming pool. There are 4 bikes available - 3 of them have racks on the back, they all have locks.

A wardrobe in the top floor bedroom would have been useful.

Picturesque!

We loved our stay here. Danilo was very helpful. Views are amazing, especially loved watching the sunset from the balcony in the evenings with a glass of wine. Location is nice and quiet, however in walking distance to bars, restaurants etc. Loved having the bikes to use!

Jacuzzi bath wasn't working when we were there.

Superb, would love to stay again.

Perfect location and stunning views from the balconies. Quiet location but very close to local amenities - supermarkets, shops, restaurants, beaches, port for boat trips. Lovely base from which to explore. Extremely well equipped villa with everything you need for your stay. Family friendly pool. Danilo was an excellent and knowledgeable host who helped to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend.

The villa needs investment to bring it up to the standard we expected.

Many things were good, we loved the view, the outdoor space and numerous terraces were good, the provided bicycles, the garage, the pool was lovely, it was nice to have a washing up liquid, dishwasher liquid and laundry liquid all provided and in place. The owner was helpful/contactable.

The villa was tired and in need of investment to bring it up to my expectations. Railings were rusty, the shower was awkward to use, the table cloths needed renewing, the curtains were full of holes, the paint was falling off, the settee throw was always coming off making the apartment look like a student let, the ironing board was broken and dangerous, the kitchen utensils were poor and the crockery was a "mish mash", the parasol was poor, but most of all, the top floor bedroom was a disgrace, being not a bedroom, but a metal conservatory on a roof top. It was noisy in the wind making it difficult to sleep. It was very poor third room accommodation.

The property is in a great location

The host Danilo was very helpful and was available at the property for us to collect the keys. Our flight was delayed by more than 2 hours and he was still available close to midnight so we could get access to the properly.

A wonderful place

It’s a very comfortable 3-floor house with a wonderful view to the see. The house is at the corner of the town in a silent location.

Lovely relaxing week.

Lovely villa. It was very clean and everything worked as expected. Danilo was very helpful and available at any time if required. He provided lots of information eg restaurants, walks etc. Bikes were also available. There was plenty room for 6 adults and it was very safe and secure. Stunning views and very quiet at night. A very comfortable base for a relaxing holiday.

The view was great: hills, seaside, La Gomera among others. Villa was spacious and had a lot of terrace room. Walking distance from the city center, but located in a really private neighbourhood.

The accommodation was excellent. Suitable for a large family, spacious living room and 3 bedrooms. Quiet location with a large terrace and sea view. A pleasant surprise was the garage in the house and the bikes available for rides. Danilo was a nice host always willing to help immediately.

Everything perfect.

Everything was perfect. Clean and well equipped. With each of our questions or needs, the owner immediately supported us. Bicycles were available in the villa, so we had daily trips to the beaches and the city. We recommend this accommodation.

great house and host!

we arrived extra early and the host Danilo was very happy to let us check in four hours early . the house was nicer than expected, each bedroom had a balcony and the views were amazing. just a ten minute walk to main beach and five minutes to restaurants, supermarket and the market. very small number of lovely houses in complex and pool was virtually empty all day. we had Netflix and each evening went to sleep with sound of the sea waves. we will go back next year thanks Danilo for all your help and tourism information

Awesome choice!

It’s located in a very quiet area yet close to everything you need (restaurants, markets). From the villa you have a gorgeous view over the pool and the sea. The villa is very clean and is well equipped. Danilo is a great host and he will help you with whatever you need.

3 lovely weeks

Great view, great host, perfect for a vacation with friends or family. Easy access to the pool, you also get bikes and it has a lovely terrace. Had a great time here and our host was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. All in all would definitely recommend and will stay here again

Exceptional

The villa was perfect! The bedrooms are spacious and clean, third floor bedrooms have lovely balconies and amazing views. If you keep the door open you can hear the sound of waves throughout the night. Just beautiful! Kitchen and barbecue was functional and we loved also the pool area and carage for our rental car. Many restaurants near by and short taxi drive to Americas or Adeje too. Highly recommend! Big thanks to Danilo, best host you can ask for!

There could be more plastic cups to have drinks on pool area.

The Perfect Seaside holiday home

Excellent communication and support from.Danilo who did everything to make our stay comfortable . The house is absolutely beautiful . Great for a group up to 7 people . Amazing views of the sea and lots to space to socialise . This is undoubtedly the best house we have ever rented . Highly recommended by all in our group .
