Good location. Friendly and helpful hosts.
Lovely spacious room with option of a shower and a bath.

Our room the Garden Room which was very clean and comfortable led out into a lovely garden with the River Teith running past at the bottom of the garden was simply idyllic with fishing rights owned by the property our hosts Valerie and Brian were very friendly and the breakfast in morning was very substantial all in all a delightful stay

Very warm personal welcome on arrival. Our room, the garden room, looked out to the lawn and to the River Leny. Lovely view across towards the hills.
Breakfast merits a special mention. Delicious and kept us going during the long day of the wedding we were attending.

Very comfortable bed, nice decor and fabulous bathroom with lovely toiletries.
The owners were very welcoming, such nice people and a very happy dog!
Quiet location with great outlook on to the river.
Delicious breakfast.
All in all, a great place to stay.
