Amazing for Relaxation.

Its amazing for relaxation. Very Relaxing, and we weren't inundated with crowds or business. Situated in an amazing part of the Lake. Private Beach access without the business off Bellagio.

My experience was extraordinary.

I loved everything about this property! The views are spectacular, the staff are amazingly accommodating with everything that I needed including my driver to the ferry and to the train station. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience here.. just amazing. Thank you all so very much!

Amazing hotel in a spectacular location

Location, location, location. With the suites overlooking lake Como, there couldn't have been a more perfect place. The balcony with the view and breakfast served each morning was a delight. Staff and facilities were great. One of the best stays we have had in a while

Nothing! Would just note that having a car is useful given the distance from the train station.

Perfect stay by the Lake.

This hotel provided us with a perfect stay next to the lake, they were kind enough to upgrade our room upon arrival as we had our 9 month old baby with us, the grounds of the hotel are really beautiful and scenic, the staff were all wonderful and because of the limited number of rooms it felt very private. we were interested in doing some hiking in nature and managed to find a couple of lovely paths not far from the hotel, would happily recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

They have a beautiful restaurant in the hotel however we just felt the food fell a bit short of our expectation when we had dinner there.

Breathtaking

Quite possibly the best place l've ever stayed. I've travelled extensively around the world and stayed at many lovely places but Villa Lario del Mandello has left me speechless. The Villa, room, pool and services were all exceptional but it is the location and setting that takes your breath away. It feels very exclusive, private and peaceful, and with only a few rooms in the Villa it is unlikely that peace will ever get interrupted. We had the Tivano room which has its own private garden and access to the beach. We ate breakfast in our private garden overlooking the lake every morning, simply awesome! Our room was large with tasteful decor with an amazing view of the lake that you can see whilst lying in bed. I simply have no words how special Villa Lario del Mandello is. I will most definitely return.

Beautiful place to stay

The villa, the room (we stayed in the Bellagio suite), the food, and the staff were all absolutely wonderful. They helped us arrange extra activities at short notice like a wonderful boat tour. The grounds were beautiful (especially the pool and balconies) and had an incredible view of the lake.

Exclusive stay by the lake

We were on our honeymoon and felt like VIP’s throughout our stay. The rooms are very private and luxurious. The staff went out of their way to make us feel special. Breakfast was amazing! We had easy access to swim in the lake or relax by the pool.

A wonderful setting and villa to enjoy life

Private beautiful location on Lake Como,the villa is tastefully decorated with complete large suites and common areas. the furnishings are of exceptional Italian quality and style The restaurant is of Michelin star quality and the views are spectacular The staff were excellent and pleased to be of service, the director Sergio’s creation of wine pairings was fabulous and “bang” on. Our waiter Ahamed was always available with a smile, be it at poolside or the dining room

Stunning property on Lake Como

Beautiful property in a lovely location away from the crowds in Lake Como. We stayed for 2 days and didn't want to leave! The staff & service are both excellent. And dinner in the hotel restaurant was also amazing. We would love to come back again and again.

Great location, very secluded and privat setting. Hotel overall well maintained. Food quality very good.

Overall value for money just ok, too expensive for a hotel without Spa or indoor wellness. A shame that kids over 2 years are charged so heavily. Leaves a bit of a sour after taste… staff very friendly & attentive but not well trained.

Will not recommend or will ever come back to this hotel ever again

Service. Staff were great

Facilities. Booked this thinking it’s a 5 star hotel. It did not even have some basic facilities a 3 star hotel would have. Apart from the outdoor swimming pool and a exorbitantly expensive restaurant, there was nothing much to expect. There was not even a free shuttle to the nearest train station. Paying £1700+ for 3 nights for this hotel was an absolute waste of money.

Great experience at an upscale resort which maintained its allure during the quieter cooler season.

The staff was welcoming, professional and customer oriented. The room, building and grounds were beautiful. We stayed for three nights in early October and found the location to be an excellent base from which to explore the lake area. We thought the dining to be excellent even though our appetites limited the range of menu that we sampled.
