Staff was excellent (Katya, Georgia, Lurdi, Eleanora, Marco, Francesco, and others). Food service and concierge A+. Only 9 rooms so staff know you personally. The views are the best and there is a nice garden on the lake and mountain views. Very relaxing. We also visited Villa D'Este that is beautiful but prefer this more personal, relaxed resort.
That we could not easily walk to town as the walking along the road felt unsafe to us. It was a minor issue as we took taxi or boat everywhere and concierge helped with taxi even on the way back.

Everything! Best hotel I have ever stayed in my life! The staff were beyond kind, nice and helpful. They helped me to plan my whole stay which included a wedding proposal. I exchanged more than 50 emails with them, they were as excited as me! I got hand written notes from the staff, it was simply brilliant!

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. Staff went above and beyond what was expected. We both can't wait to come back and enjoy the hotel and the views.

This was a dream holiday. The villa feels like your own exclusive property. The service was 6* every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure our every need was taken care of. The property is maintained to an extremely high standard. The rooms were luxurious and exclusive.
