Great location close to the lakeside and easy access from the station. No room key but just a key code was a novelty. Nice outlook from room to a central terrace.. Effective air conditioning . Told at 8am in the morning of arrival by WhatsApp message that room was available to enter
Though as it turned out we could enter the property on morning of arrival despite repeated messages requesting whether we would be able to leave luggage at the hotel assuming too early to check in did not receive a proper response which was very frustrating. Was it a human or a chat box? Not sure if there was a hotel reception as passport scan requested prior to arrival and code and directions provided on day of arrival by WhatsApp. Not sure what someone would have done if they needed help.More like an Airbnb though external appearance looked like a boutique hotel. Not enough hangers provided.

Couldn’t fault the property…stunning rooms and fantastic bathroom in a convenient spot…gorgeous
No contact with any staff due to the automated check-in system made it feel a little impersonal

The location is walking distance from the train station and by many bars and restaurants. It has a very easy to use lock system. It’s a very spacious and clean room.

Property owner / manager - very bad communication, they did not answer at all to questions asked in writing, this is very rude and unpolite
