The location is exceptional - quiet, clean and close to the lake. Very close to restaurants. Nicely restored. We had the suite and it was simply out of this world. The owner - Francesca - was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
Lift is not available except when taking up or bringing down luggage but it isn’t a big issue.

Власний вихід до Комо, внутрішній дворик, неймовірні кімнати, атмосфера Хюгге, чудові сніданки на будь-який смак з видом на озеро, розкішне обслуговування, супер привітна адміністратор❤️
Неподалік є чимало ресторанів, супермаркет і трохи далі причал для корабликів 😍
Ми з друзями зупинялися на одну ніч і встигли поплавати в озері біля готелю 😍Уявіть собі: синя тепла вода, Альпи і розкішні маленькі будиночки 😍
Приїжджатиму на Комо саме сюди і надовше 🛫

From first contact with the property we requested an early check in as our plans for the day had changed, this was not a problem. Access to the property was very simple, the staircase gave the impression that this was somewhere to rest, relax and reflect. The room was perfect, fine woodwork, the detail minimalist and in keeping with the building's history, bathroom beautifully decorated, high quality bed linen and towels. Breakfast was amazing and locally sourced, served before a gorgeous view overlooking the lake. Bring a towel and take the opportunity to swim in the lake. Free parking is available nearby, perfect to take a train to Varenna or a passenger ferry to Ballagio. This property is run by a young couple with a supportive family, it is evident much love and dedication exists between them and in turn extended into how they make an overnight stay extremely special.
