Very beautiful, cozy, paradisiac, presentable & respectful clients, very friendly and kind staff, cleanness.
The pool closes a little bit early (9:30pm), the couch in my room (t7) is not comfortable at all, problem with the shower drain: water was pooling on the floor and not draining away, the restaurant proposes many varieties but the portion are very small

The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location, friendly front desk and parking staff, and nice facilities. I especially liked that there is a pool reserved for hotel guests, which helps create a more relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant place to spend time with family.
A few details could be improved. The retaurant TVs wasn't working properly for the World Cup Final they were using steaming and not cable and there was no audio, despite being told there would be a great setup. The shower pressure was low, the mattress was very firm, and better communication about the restaurant's reservation policies would have avoided some confusion. It would also be nice to add more shaded areas around the second pool, as the water gets quite warm during the day.

We LOVED this stay!
VERY IMPORTANT- this hotel HAS AC, electricity and water when most in the area do not during days when construction shuts them down for 12 hours (in our experience).
It is a lovely hotel, very peaceful with its own secure setting yet right in the main part of town. Directly on the beach, you can watch surfers, the sunset or walk. The multiple pools have sun and shade.
We were allowed to check-in early by the very friendly, bilingual staff.
Restaurant on site is excellent.
Great price for the location, we wish we would have stayed here longer and will go back!
