We loved the breakfast. The location was perfect for us, because our main reason to visit the Vatican was to be able to see the Pope and attend Mass at St. Peter's Basilica. We just walked there whenever we wanted. In addition, it's easy and accessible by bus to go to other historical places like the Colosseum, the famous squares and fountains, Piazza Navona, etc. The room was perfect for us as well. SO CLEAN! The staff cleaned it every day and were so kind and helpful. OMG! Ms. Sandrine and Mr. Teodoro, you are AMAZING. I can't thank you enough. We truly enjoyed our stay at your wonderful place. It made our time in Vatican City and Rome even more special and memorable. I hope you guys are always healthy and happy in life. I hope to see you again one day. If you ever come to visit either Indonesia or Australia, especially Melbourne, please do let me know!
Nothing. All good from my end!

Located very near the St Peter's Square and Vatican City, near public transport and restaurants. Very friendly and flexible host who adapted breakfast time to our agenda, good breakfast. Our room was cleaned every day. It has air conditioning/heating. We paid additionally for the transfer from the airport due to arriving in the evening. The driver helped us to enter the room (reception works only until 15.00).

Everything about the property was perfect.
In particular the location is excellent. It is near St Peter's Square and Vatican City.
The Property is 30 minutes from Flumcino Airport by Taxi (55 euros).
By public transport you can take the Leonardo Express Train from Flumcino Airport which is non stop for 14 euros.
The duration on the train is about 30 minutes. You will get off at Termini Station and from there you can take bus number 64 going to Saint Pietro. Get off at St Pietro stop and the property is about 5 minutes walk from the stop. Everything by way of transport, taxis, supermarket, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants is within easy reach. The staff are lovely, polite and very helpful. Our room had a comfy bed and was cleaned every day. Breakfast was reasonable too. The property is suitable for everyone.
Nothing. Everything was good at the property.
We had a very good stay and cannot wait to come back for another visit.

A place to rest your head for an early start for the papal audience or a visit to St Peter’s. 10 minute walk (maximum) and got good restaurants around.
We came with our infant son and the room felt unsafe. The drawers were broken and unusable, there was skirting board falling off the wall leaving nails exposed, the bed had slats missing and cardboard used to prop up the mattress (which did not work and we would fall through regularly), black mould on the bathroom and bedroom ceilings, shower was not adjustable due to the shower holder being broken. For the money you pay it’s not what is expected from the good reviews of previous guests.
If we were travelling just as adults I would still be disappointed but it would be manageable.
The light switch was known to the staff as on one of the days they had someone come in to change the wall lights and fix the wiring but we were asked to leave in order to get this done.
The staff are very nice and clean daily inside the rooms as well as serving breakfast to you, though the rooms need a serious update and maintenance done to make them safe for families.
