Location was fine, but a bit noisy at night (street side room) but afforded an en suite bathroom. The room was clean, comfortable, relatively large for Rome and a decent value. Good communication with the property owner and arrangements for airport transportation.
No real complaints. Can be a little noisy at night on the street side. A small refrigerator would be helpful especially considering there is no breakfast.

La posizione, circa 100 metri da piazza San Pietro, vicino alla via dello shopping, accanto alla fermata della metro, il personale super accogliente e gentile.

This hotel was our first contact and place to stay as we traveled to Italy for 12 days. The room was clean and comfortable and had a huge window to either keep open or close and use air for. Everything was clean and the hostess was super kind. The only difficulty was understanding each other but we worked it out. No problem. There was a kitchen with a refrigerator to share it if we brought anything back from our days travels and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic, less than 5 minutes walk to the Vatican. Great little coffee shop around the corner., and bus stop was not far away.
I really can't complain about anything, the only difficulty was realizing that it was an apartment within a building. Building. There was a button for an intercom and then let us know how to get up there. It was good to have a base as we traveled around the city.
