Everything was absolutely perfect, all the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Even tho we had to communicate with google translate, that didn't for a second affect our impression nor influenced our stay.

The location was excellent. Just 15 mins to Vatican and closer to all other attractions. Plenty of food options and also grocery stores around the area and very safe environment. Apartment was very safe.as there are 3 secured doors to enter your room. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The bathroom was very small and the folding door is not very convenient as it was not functioning properly. Also there was a leakage in the bidet shower. Toiletries were only some sachets of shampoo and shower gel. Also the container in the shower cubicle states dish soap. So we were worried to use it as soap.

The neighboroughood is really nice and very authentic
The room is barely decent, you get many many instructions from the property and many unwelcome warnings about the lift, the use of the airconditioning, the use of the water, the entrance code - apart from the amount of info that is overwhelming is the way in which this info is conveyed to you - all very unwelcoming. I felt that if we would have had someone physically there to check us in and gave instructions this would have been more manageable. I dont think i ll ever go back
