The location in generally is good and central in the safe Poblado district. Rooms are OK and as described.
Breakfast (i booked without accidently) is a la carte. But many things not available, for example no juice at all. Which i never had.
Rooms quite noisy from traffic on the highway beside and nothing done to reduce the noise.
Now coming to cleaning. After leaving first day around 1 pm, was no cleaning possible anymore, I was told. So second day via WhatsApp a cleaning requested when o came back around 7 pm, nothing was cleaned. That is for me not really acceptable and never appeared to me, even travelling 40 years as business.
Staff is ok, but not really interested.
