The location was worst, rooms unhygienic, very small, not decent. Bathroom also was very small.

Очень маленькая комната. Вдвоем только, лежать или стоять можно. Не было ТВ, хотя при брони указан. Вай-фай только на ресепшен, на лесенке. Постель не меняли от прошлых постояльцев. В номере только кровать и маленькая тумбочка, больше туда ни чего и не влезет. . Мизерный грязный туалет с душем над унитазом. Вентилятор над кроватью был плохо закреплён и не исправен, он издавал грохот, скрежет. Спать под этот звук было невозможно. Ночь была бессонная.

Disgusting and not worth the money

The accepted to refund us.

On our 8-month trip to Asia, this was really the worst hostel. When we checked in, the receptionist immediately tried to talk me into a more expensive room. The budget double room (number 110) already cost 1455 rupees. The booking said that our room was 12 square metres. But it was only 2.25x3 m = 6.75 m^2 including bathroom. I spoke to the receptionist and he then said that he could only offer me the more expensive AC room. I told him that I would complain to booking. He then whispered with another guy in Hindi and they offered me to cancel the hotel after one night. The condition was that I would cancel the booking (so I couldn't leave a review). I went along with it. This room is not worth 200 rupees. It smelled of mould, paint and plaster crumbled off the cracked walls, everything was dirty. There was no sink in the bathroom so you had to wash your hands in the shower and spit the toothpaste on the floor. The whole bathroom was disgusting. The room was so small that two people could hardly move around in it. The bed was totally run down and the mattress was of the lowest quality.

All is good but should cost less

Location is good, fine district and railway station just 10 min away. Management was friendly and polite, staff men were helpful. Bed stuff was clean, there was no any bad smell in the room.

Room had no window and could cost twice as less. Some reviews say that there are many noisy and disturbing people because of alco shops and bars around — haven’t mentioned that.

Budget hotel in the heart of Mumbai - but ...

Friendly staff. WiFi fast and reliable. 10 minutes to central train station CST ( I walk quite fast ). It takes only minutes to many shops and restaurants and a big cinema.

Walls with big cracks and dirty. The window construction permits mosquitoes to enter the bath room, then the main room. Careless showering in the bath room could get water into the lamp and other electrical installations - dangerous ! And what value has a TV set when it doesn't work ?

Very small rooms, small washroom and basin ia also too small and charge is very high, good to pay till 700 to 800 max. Not much good to stay with family.

Rooms are very old and there is mold on the terrace and walls.bathrooms are extremely small.they don't even provide complimentary water bottles with a room that's 2200 per night and ask you to pay for the water bottle.

Very Bad Guest House and Rooms.

Very bad Situation in the Guest house, I have waited 3 hours to get my room at 5 pm. No WiFi. No cleaning Ness. Worst property in Booking.com. Please don't spoil the Booking.com name, we are trust you but you are not keeping that.

Value for money, good staff

Really value for money and time. Good staff, very cooperative, they even change my room on request. Delivered breakfast on bed on request.

Can't complain as per the price, and as per the area other hotels are way expensive

At first the room which was given was very dirty, but I spoke to the mgr he immediately changed it.

The staff very friendly & helpful... For 1300 the price is too much for that room good for 700-800.The location is the best right next to Metro INOX n Crawford Market is 10 min walk

Need to be cleaned, as everything is old, they can do well if they change the toilet covers water mugs, matresses & paint. The staff were very helpful n welcoming I lost the key so had to pay Rs350 which I thought was high. 150-200 would have been fair.
