ALLOGGIO DI LUSSO IN VALENCIA

E' un alloggio magnifico, dotato di tutti i comfort, con due stanze da letto, cucina, salotto sala da pranzo, tutti gli elettrodomestici a disposizione, i teli da bagno per andare in spiaggia, due birre di benvenuto, un patio all'aperto... Insomma magnifico. La proprietaria disponibile per ogni suggerimento (come muoversi, dove noleggiare le bici, cosa fare...)

We enjoyed the space, everything was clean and full of interesting details. Ela arranges a space with style and it is clear that she was completely dedicated to it. We had a little doubt because the apartment is located on the ground floor, but that is absolutely not a problem.

The host was very flexible both on arrival and departure. When you have early and late flights that helps enormously. The property had everything we needed plus extras. It’s a great location and nice and quiet too

The best apartment I've stayed in so far! Very spacious, interesting design, everything you can think about is available. Kids-friendly: loads of toys and children books. They even provide beach towels. Located in atmospheric old neighborhood.

The best apartment for people travelling with little ones!

We loved the apartment! It’s really difficult to find a good place to stay when travelling with kids - this place was simply fantastic! The host is super helpful and friendly! - Location is really good and close to beech (15 minutes walking slowly with the little ones) - The apartment is spacious and has a patio area which has a great vibe, especially for sitting late in the evening when kids are asleep. - There is an abundance of toys! The little one always kept himself busy during our stay in there + there are additional toys to take to the beach. - There’s everything you might need for kids: toilet seat, potty, spoons, containers, high chair, small step, small table for them to sit - you name it. There are even scooters and mattresses have protectors! No need to bring anything with you. - The apartment is kids friendly, no need to worry about them roaming around. - If you lack ideas on what to do, there’s a board with nearby attractions such as playgrounds.

We should have stayed there longer. Definitely will be back!

Simply Spoken an Excelent Place !

A great , spacious and cozy place with a top location close to the beach in a nice residential neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and small bars. The city center is only 10 minutes away with a rental bike. We really had a good time and the hosts are very welcoming.

superbe location, we would love to come again!

A really superbe apartment in Cabanyal. We would love to come back. Beautifully furnished. Just 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Lovely neighborhood, just a few minutes from the Cabanyal market. Nice restaurant just opposite in the street. Bikes nearby to rent. Or you can take a city bus to the old center. And we had a really nice evening in Cabanyal in the recently opened flamenco place called Palosanto. So book your tickets in advance. This is going to be crowded!

We really absolutely enjoyed the apartment. The only thing we could mention that the beds could be a little bit bigger.

Lovely apartment - a very nice stay

The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you need, but in the same time is cozy and coquette due to it's old style decorations and to it's very lovely inner patio. It can easily accommodate more than two people and has a lot of devices for children's use. The neighborhood is also nice, every house has a good looking and neat façade and you can see palm trees and orange trees at every step. Also the apartment has a big advantage, that you can get very quick to the beach. The owner is very responsive and helpful. She accepted our atypical hours of check-in and check-out and she gave us a lot of useful tips for transportation and restaurants in the area. It was a very pleasant stay, the city is very lovely and managed to make some beautiful memories in this trip.

It has been quite cold comparing with what we expected. I understand that it was un unusual weather for Valencia and Spain but unfortunately the only means of warming in the apartment was the air conditioning. Also the water seemed to go from hot to warm quite quickly. Probably in higher temperature conditions these are not real problems. I guess we just were a little bit unlucky to find ourselves in an atypical period for the weather in Spain.

Absolutely excellent apartment, there is everything you need for a stay in Valencia. Would definitely love to come back here again! The hosts are perfect! This is the best apartment I have stayed so far (and I've travelled a lot).

True valencian experience

True valencian feel in this apartment among locals and few tourists. You have everything needed, specially if you have a kid. Location also really good, close to beaches, Mercadona at a few steps, also local transport to get you everywhere, from airport, to downtown. There are also a few good restaurant options nearby. Friendly host, ready to help you if you need.

Short time to stay there. For the first time I can say everything was fine.

Just a perfect apartment in the beautiful neighborhood of El Cabanyal. Ela is an amazing host who was always quick to respond to any of our questions and needs. Valencia is a gorgeous city and we can't wait to return. When we do, we will definitely try to stay in Family ARTpartment again.

Nothing to dislike just one recommendation. There are many great restaurants in El Cabanyal but they are very popular and they fill up quickly. If you're planning a stay, make your dinner reservation in advance.

Quiet retreat in Valencia

The apartment is very well located in a cozy quarter of Valencia. The equipment is phenomenal: it has literally everything you need.

A beautiful apartment with lots of character and is located in a peaceful but vibrant area.

The location was excellent with easy access to the beach, the city centre, food outlets and transport links.

I am sensitive to plug in air fresheners and there were two on arrival, but this was easily dealt with.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful with its high ceilings and wooden doors and beams. Even better than the pictures in my opinion. It has everything you need and more, with lots of unexpected details that make the stay special. For me a big part of the experience of visiting a city is the place I stay and this apartment exceeded my expectations. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has anything you need, even kids cutlery. The bathroom is spacious with a baby bath and kids toilet seat in case necessary. The towels are white but they have tinsels of different colours so everyone knows which one is theirs. Hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and even makeup remover and cotton pads are available. The living and dinning areas are very spacious, comfortable and with lots of character. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great when we stayed but my daughter enjoyed playing in the patio with some of the toys available. It was very easy to get to the apartment from the airport with the underground being only a 10 minute walk. The city centre is also only a few stops away from the station. And very easy to get to the city of arts and sciences by bus. Ela is a great host. We only met her as we were leaving but communication before arrival was excellent and during our stay she made sure we were comfortable.

That we couldn't stay longer!

We would come back anytime

Great location in a relaxed neighbourhood if you want to be closer to the sea with good public transport to the city center and airport. The flat was big, had everything needed and was very family-friendly. Our kids loved all the toys.

Wonderful spacious apartment with patio

We enjoyed the stay and the apartment very much, it is extraordinary spacious and with very high ceilings and doors, in a classic spanish interior style, additionally with an patio open to blue skies. Everything was perfect, individually arranged and with great attention to detail, thanks to Ela! Distances to the beach, marina, and restaurants are by easy walking distances, also the metro to ciutat vela oder jardi de turia - the location is perfect for a combination of city and beach holiday. Our stay was great with a no-friction arrival and departure as well as convenient location!

Ela is very nice, friendly, approachable, and gave us great recommendations for things to do in Valencia. We especially loved the ease of collecting the keys upon arrival and leaving them behind upon leaving. The location was excellent! We also loved having everything we needed in the apartment and not have to bring them with us (children’s toys, baby set, beach stuff).

Our recommendations to make this apartment even better: - Have a handheld wireless vacuum available in the apartment. - Install an additional AC unit, particularly for the bedroom farther away. - There can be noise from the street, but not sure how this could be improved. However, noise from upstairs at times in the morning could be reduced. - Distinguish between the rental apartment number and the host’s apartment so that deliveries aren’t mistakenly made at the rental place (e.g. add “A” and “B” to the apartments’ number to differentiate).

Great location, walking distance to the beach. Metro line for city centre and also direct line for the airport very close. Appartment great, just like in the photos, very comfortable and equipped with everything, even beach towels, kids toys and umbrella. Ela was great, giving us suggestions and was always available. We had a great vacation.

Ela is an amazing host. She has everything top notch prepared for you. Smallest details are covered. Does not matter if you are an alone or full blown family, this place has it all. The comfort of a home being offered is priceless

due to the weather in Valencia in Jan, with a lot of rain and cold, the place was a bit coldish. Which is awesome for summer time :)
