A great overall experience. The location is beautiful, and the wellness and spa facilities are modern, clean, and varied. I’ve been here on multiple occasions, and each visit seems to offer something new to experience.
One downside is the parking. Even as a hotel guest, if you park in the parking area next to the hotel, you are still required to pay the full parking fee. This is not unusual and many hotels do the same, but perhaps a discounted rate could be offered to hotel guests.

The spa is amazing
Needed to pay tourist taxes, (I am from the area myself?) and parking costs. The barriers never worked. I had to call customer service every time to open them.

Absolute bliss! Such a lovely stay away from our day-to-day life and just the reset we needed. Plenty of saunas to choose from, a beatiful large pool, wondeful wellness classes and a very quiet and private room to retreat to at the end of the day.
The restaurant was fairly overpriced for what they served. Our food came to the table cold.
Town is an easy walk with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

Good location, handy to arrive even with public transportation, very clean and fresh, good mattress
It doesn’t value the price, facility kind of old, very crowded, the pool is not warm enough, especially the outdoor pool. The breakfast is just tooo simple…
