We had the most amazing time, perfect small & friendly hotel in the best location, the room was beautiful and clean and the breakfast and eating area was just lovely 😊 we loved it!

Very nice, cozy and clean hotel with a cute amount of six rooms 😊 Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was freshly made everyday and included spanish cuisine (ham, cheeses and chorizo) as well as european standards. Additionally coffee and cooled drinking water (from a filtering machine) was available 24/7 in the lobby. Last but not least the hotel is perfectly located 2 minutes from the city center by foot and 5 minutes from an extensive public parking lot.

The location was wonderful as right in the centre of Pollença. We didn’t meet the owner as all our conversations with him were via WhatsApp. However, everything worked well with key codes & key boxes. The breakfast was very good & the only member of staff who we met was lovely. She provided breakfast, cleaned the rooms etc & was very pleasant & helpful. Our room was a good size, modern & beautifully designed. There was free coffee & water at all times downstairs which was most welcome.
My only negative thought was a more personal touch would have been welcome. It all felt quite impersonal on arrival with key codes etc but everything worked well. Only afterwards did I realise that no one had checked our passports etc as normal. I was told afterwards that the hotel could be quite noisy during fiesta time - not the hotel’s fault of course but due to its central location. A little more variety at breakfast would have been great.

Ok breakfast, ok room
Lack of actual contact with a human! Was whatsapped a code to enter the hotel and then our room. Luckily we were assigned a room at the back of the property, so relatively unaffected, but there was a festival right outside the hotel, with loud music playing until 4am.
