Access to beach and swimming pool
Booking.com rated it as 9. It is between 7-8. Repetitive food. We arrived late at check in and there wasn’t any food options at night. We ordered a take away and reception wanted us to sign a letter
Saying we are liable for any food related issues since they don’t allow food inside hotel. We found this very strange as one can get food related problems inside the hotel too. There were flies at buffet everywhere. Staff need to smile more. The resort is over rated. There are no checks on beach. It’s a family beach. We saw a lady with top off sun bathing on her back. Hotel should enforce some rules.

Steam room
The dining staff who picked up the dirty dishes used same jars to serve drinks tea coffee etc need more hygiene standards
The Turkish bath was smelly. Needs some nice aroma
Bathroom was clogging not draining properly while showering needs some updating
When rooms were serviced floor was not cleaned properly , no spoon for tea and coffee throughout our stay although reminded staff on a daily basis,
had to chase staff up for providing bath robes
Not much vegan or vegetarian options in the dining the ingredients need to be listed for each dishes and deserts
Indoor pool was cold need to be heated
