O hotel é agradável os empregados são simpáticos…
O hotel não está adaptado aos costumes e ao mundo ocidental, por exemplo quem está de dieta não tem muitas opções… para um tudo incluído por vezes foi-me negado um banana, tive de chamar a gerência… marisco nunca vi, o peixe é de pouca qualidade a carne também… o vinho é péssimo… a maioria dos empregados não falam inglês. Enfim têm muito para melhorar.

Хорошее расположение отеля, чистый комфортный номер
Довольно скудное питание, мало разнообразия, преобладает одна курица, в кафетерии было представлено несколько видов пирожных и печенья, булочка с сыром и ветчиной, это скудный ассортимент, между приемами пищи практически кушать нечего, это недопустимо, для отель который себя позиционирует как роскошный . Короче питание это 3 с большим минусом по 5 ти бальной шкале. Это очень слабая сторона отеля.
Нерасторопные официанты, их не видно, за напитками всегда ходили сами.
Никакой анимации в отеле, в субботу была только игра на фортепьяно, в воскресенье не было и этого.
Долго приходилось ждать лифт, в воскресенье из трех лифтов работал только один.
В воскресенье также в зоне спа в душевой была чуть теплая вода и в хаммаме такая же история, видать персонал отдыхал в этот день.
Подогреваемый бассейн был очень хлорирован.

1/ İl manque du personnel féminin a l’accueil, trop masculanisé à mon goût.
2/ Plusieurs plats très (trop) épicés. Tout le monde ne peut pas manger aussi spicy que les locaux. Merci de penser à nous (européens ayant l’estomac qui ne supportent pas les épices fortes 😅) pour nos prochains voyages.
3/ piscine extérieure trop froide fin octobre, l’eau de la plage était plus chaude 😅.

Our flight was delayed, we reached 11.20 in the night. At reception Ahmit asked us to go to restaurant first and eat something from late night snack before it closed and do the check in formalities later.

Start from Begning we want to stay for 3 night but we get hotel for 2 night but i contact hotel direct contact with aygul she help me in getting one more extra day... resort was fully book buy she help us very well and also give us ala carte resturant vocher free and always ask for any help... thanks best resort.... my family love it...
U cant say i didnt like but it will be good for resort if some one stay there they will give resort tour so people can easily know what activities u have i think i miss few of them.

All was nice and the staff are great and helpful! They have many things to do in the hotel and I was amazed to see food every 2 hours in their hotel for free and drinks were also free of charge . If you forgot to get a meal on time there is a restaurant near by with great prices, they even have a tennis area with great games to play with a big gym as well, I am still shocked and amazed of how clean and well put the hotel is ! It was a great stay and a great vacation all thanks to them and the staff

"Hospitality, Culture and Style", I cannot find more accurate words to describe the lavish holiday experience I had during last 1 week spent at PBR&S. starting with polite and friendly staff both at reception, guest service as well as throughout the food halls, swimming/massage facility, room service. we throughly enjoyed magnificent and delicious food at all meal times. it is perfectly located at beachfront, 15 mints taxi ride from Antalya harbour/old town centre. there are plenty of indoor and outdoor facilities for every member of the family. it is much better experience staying at PBR&S than any other European resort holidays. I highly recommend this and will certainly plan another trip soon.

Great view, lots of activities and facilities inside the hotel, buffet has a lot of food options, the food is good and the all included option is amazing so that you don't need to ever worry about finding a place outside to eat.
Had a small unfortunate event where the room above me had some sort of bathroom problem, so we had water dripping inside my room during the night, had to to be allocated to another room. Was just unlucky that it happen right above my room, those accidents happens sometimes, but seems like theres always a few small problems in each room. First room I was in for example, that little device used to filter the water going down the bathroom sink wasn't working and was completely blocking the water passage, so we had to remove it for the water to go down. On the 2nd room the fridge was not working, and the hair dryer barely gave out any hot air at all, so would take much longer to dry compared to the previous room. They are some very small issues, but I think it would be worthy to get the rooms some overall check-up.

Comfortable stay. Lots of food choices. Beautiful views of the beach Beach access was easy. Our sons enjoyed. Mustafa at reception was nice. Also, the people at guest services were helpful.
It was the New Year's gala, so the first night was very loud. Did not enjoy the entertainment. We only stayed untll the appetizers. We had just flown in, so we would've preferred a more mellow evening.

nothing ! be careful when booking this property - completely wrong reviews ;( only wired travelers group in the hotels !
we have came to the hotel later than Check in , twe have got room with dirty furniture and smell of smoking inside ! asked in lobby about another room , or update , but unfortunately haven’t got ;(

Thank you very much to everyone at Hotel Porto Bello! You made our stay a memorable one. There is no way we would forget the warmth and kindness you offered may family and me. Your hospitality surpassed our expectations. The staff treated us like family and made us feel at home. Ahmet, Mustaffa at the reception , and Sinem at the restaurant are the star staff. The food quality and options are superb. The Spa is the heart of the hotel with amazing staff. Ensure you do not miss lovely Shirin’s daily sessions at the beach, and gorgeous Aygul is always available to guide and support you if you are planning to walk around and sightseeing.
There are plenty of activities during the day and wide range of entertainment at nights that are extra bonus to the hotel’s facilities.
We would not hesitate to recommend your exceptional hospitality to our friends and families, and we look forward for staying at your hotel again soon.

Notting really I'm surprised that this called a 5 star Max 3 star taste less food the whole hotel need improvement very disappointed I trusted the photos Notting looks like photos smelly carpet not a 5 star standard very overpriced far away from airport very old bathroom very dirty very depressing place Notting much for kids . I will not recommend this hotel for this price you get areal 5 star . Example dolphin Imperial. That is a 5 star

Seven Unique & Memorable Days/Nights of Relaxing, Comfortable & Most Enjoyable Times (for 2 rooms)
1. Warm and comfortable welcome by reception staff. Mr. Augur was top professional and provided fair rate to pay the bills in USD and suggestion for a nearby money exchange. Mr. Adil instantly arranged a child’s bed (3 years) in the second room. Mr. Adil also gave valuable suggestions to different places, for short visits.
Also, received a warm good-bye by reception and staff in the lobby
2. Taxis are arranged by the front desk, up to 7 persons, at a fair rate
3. Room cleaning was daily and well, free water, coffee, tea, etc. are daily provided.
4. Positive and smiling staff in food and beverage “generous” services in restaurants, snack bars, and different bars (with a wide variety of drinks and cocktails), as well as Entertainment Teams (for adults, families and different ages of children), from their hearts and souls.
5. Service in the Lobby and around the pools cannot be cloned.
6. Four Daily entertainment programs (for all ages) are well organized, including entertainment activities around the pool, children activities in the afternoon (e.g. face painting, magic show, games in Children Club), dancing sessions for children in the evening, then, shows and other performances and programs for adults and families (e.g. Turkish Folklore Night Show, other international nights and music).
7. In-door heated pool and Turkish bath (free of charge) maybe enjoyed too.
8. Seven Unique & Memorable Days/Nights of Relaxing, Comfortable & Most Enjoyable Times, for all members of the family.
9. Finally, in spite of the distinguished quality of service and generosity, there were no hidden costs.
10. Suggestion: A scale deems necessary in every room, so guests can watch their weight!!!
