We were extremely satisfied with the hotel. It fully met all of our expectations. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and whenever we asked for anything, the staff were always happy to help. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — hats off to them!
The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff were always attentive and genuinely looked for ways to make our stay more enjoyable.
There is a clean and relatively large swimming pool, which is a great alternative if you don’t feel like swimming in the salty sea water.
The beach was just a few minutes’ walk away, and there were shops, a pharmacy, entertainment venues and bars nearby. The city centre and a nearby amusement park are easily accessible by bus. The bus stop is only a two-minute walk from the hotel entrance, and many buses stop there.
There is also a currency exchange office just a few streets away.
Right next to the hotel, in the neighbouring building, there is a very nice café where hotel guests also receive a discount on their total bill.
For an additional fee, you can request a minibus transfer to the airport. The friendly driver makes sure you have a pleasant journey and the very comfortable seats make the ride even more enjoyable.

Stayed here for 1 night - We arrived late night and left early afternoon the next day.
Staff helped us arrange a taxi to our next destination. In the ;limited time we were there I liked the hotel and facilities

The staff for the most part was very pleasant, specifically the morning shift manager who was always helpful and coordinated alot of taxis we booked through the hotel. The afternoon gentleman and the night shift lady were absolutely incredible, specifically the night shift lady who'd make a great addition to the best hotel. The pool was nice as well clean and big enough. Rooms also are quite nice and big on the 5th floor with a lovely balcony.
Almost every positive has a negative, and a very irritating one. We booked 2 rooms, both had a horrible sewer smell coming out of the showers which i mentioned to the manager but i doubt there was anything he could do about it, and its strange the cleaners never mentioned it to their management considering i could sometimes smell it from inside the room. The staff was mostly great with the exception of the chef, incredibly rude, irritating, and never lost a chance to make a situation uncomfortable, and il give specifics, first, on my very first day, breakfast starts at 7, i was in the restaurant at 6:53, figured id check the buffet before serving starts, he stops me and angrily says its closed, didn't u see the door shut? i said just checking, he says again while pointing didn't u see that there, its closed, i yelled i saw it and entered anyway, before walking out of there, now would have been worth it had the breakfast was good, but oh my il get to that. On another day, while were eating, i had the salter on my plate instead of the table, yes not ideal but happens and wasn't intentional, he interrupts us while eating, grabs it, rambled some rubbish in Turkish while were sitting right there, and walks off. Was everything i did right, no not at all, but the training this man should have is were on vacation, its not our job to make his life easier, its his job to not irritate us no matter what. Finally the breakfast, now i have stayed in over 100 hotels in my life, in more that 15 or more countries, and i can tell you this is without a doubt the worst breakfast i have ever had bar none. No eggs station, noting prepared live, 5 creations by the chef, fried dough, soggy scrambled eggs, funky boiled eggs, fried veggies for some reason, and more scrambled eggs that had water inside them, we lived off of bread and butter, sometimes cheese and old veggies. It was repulsive
