Location…staff…room. Looks can be deceiving….this hotel is in a perfect location for all of Granadas sites and sounds. Great rooms and restaurant and staff extremely helpful and friendly.

15 minutes walk to the bottom of Alhambra and same to town.
Nice views
When hotels use their location and the views but offer very little else, this is what you get:
- professional but unfriendly service, from the checkin to the checkout. Did we at any point feel welcome? No, and that goes to every member of staff.
- clean but tired rooms, the shower was dirty. The room was small
- no soundproofing between rooms
- no air dryer, no iron facility, no tea or coffee possibility, in the room or bar
- no written breakfast menu.
- the personnel rigid manners led to a serious argument when our party of four wanted to have breakfast together but the waiter insisted on telling me that it was only 2 and 2, facing the back of each other. It took so much effort to get him to agree to join 2 tables together. No apologies afterwards. Was it necessary ? Really?
Absolutely no intention on giving customer satisfaction. And no care for our wellbeing
