Die Lage ist toll.
Der aufgeschüttete Strandbereich ein Traum für Kinder (Meergefühl).
Personal unglaublich aufmerksam & kinderlieb, ein großes Dankeschön an Nicola und Raul.
Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, unglaublich fein und vorallem das Brot hat uns richtig überrascht.
Verteilte Zetteln, welche darauf hinweisen, bei Nichtbenutzung oder Abwesenheit, die Liegen frei zu räumen … War etwas komisch :)

Positives: Location is good, next to a beautiful promenade, staff is friendly, hotel has own beach and it is easy to walk to Bardolino and Garda.
Negatives: The hotel is dated and amenities and service options do not match 4* rating in comparison to other 4* hotels we had stayed before. If you look for a hotel where you want to spend a lot of time during your holiday, especially with kids or teenagers, this is not the hotel to choose. Thankfully this was not the case for us.
Be aware, many hotel guests also rush to put their towels on sunbeds early in the morning even though they do not use it. Reservation is not possible, so if you are a family who want to sleep in the morning during your holiday, you have no chance for getting sunbeds until late afternoon.
Last but not least, despite our a priori request due to travelling with kids and the hotel's explicit confirmation, our allocated rooms were not next to eachother. In general, attention to detail is not the strength of the hotel.
