The spa facilities was good and and cleaned . Room was spacious. The hotel was very minimalistic and clean.
The spa opening hours are weird . Pools don’t open till 9 and closes at 7pm and the saunas don’t open till 3pm and closes at 7pm thus making it really impossible to use facilities if you have planned the day out.
Gym was dirty and messy and old in a walk through corridor. No one places equipments back and looks like it’s not sanitized

Great pools- live up to photographs and nice breakfast
Paid for a ‘grand buffet’- nobody offered us a drink and the food was very limited.
On arrival we were a little early for our room but not shown or offered to let us use any facilities whilst we waited.
Phone was broken and reported several times with no action so had to walk down whenever needed anything from reception.
Only food available poolside was from a bar with construction work going on in front of it with staff insisting that food could not be eaten away from the bar where power tools were being used. Not four or five start service overall and was worst of the 3 places we stayed at in lake Garda area for equivalent price.
