The hotel is very well run. The staff is very conscientious and kind. My 6 year old daughter became nauseous during breakfast on our first morning. The breakfast waitress and the owner could not have been more solicitous. With regards to breakfast, it is lovely and is served on a third floor balcony room overlooking Lake Garda. The pool is small but very pleasant. The hotel seems to be especially popular with Germans.
Our room was small for two adults and a 6 year old and the mattresses sre less than ideal if you sleep on your stomach. But these observations are "first world" complaints and were minor compared to the hotel's virtues.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Zum vierten Mal haben wir dort eine schöne Zeit verbracht.Das Hotel ist wunderschön,sauber,mit Liebe eingerichtet und das Frühstück einfach fantastisch.
Die Besitzerinnen wie das gesamte Mitarbeiter Team wahnsinnig nett und freundlich.
Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne!

Eine tolle Gastgeberin, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend! Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, die Auswahl herrlich und absolut stimmig für den Preis! Schön eingerichtete Zimmer, einen tollen Pool und so fehlte es an nichts! Das nächste Mal würden wir länger bleiben!

This is a wonderful hotel run and staffed by lovely, helpful people. The place was modern and immaculate, and rooms cleaned every day. The free bikes made a difference - and made it very easy to get into bardolino in spite of the very high temperatures! It was good to stay slightly away from bardolino - slightly quieter but still with good restaurants near by, and Waikiki cafe opposite was great for lunch.
There isn’t really anything we didn’t like except the pillows weren’t that comfortable. We did stay in an Airbnb in Verona afterwards and they had the same sort of pillows so maybe they are standard in the area!
