A truly clean and well-maintained property with amazing facilities and pools. The staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay. Both the outdoor and indoor pools offered a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, and the table service at the pool was a lovely touch. Even the standard room felt spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Two things did affect our stay. On our last evening (a Sunday), our room’s AC stopped blowing cool air, though the unit appeared to be running. After raising it three times, we were given a fan, and management kindly offered a small bottle of high-quality olive oil as an apology, a thoughtful gesture, though I’d still recommend having maintenance address AC issues more promptly, even on weekends.
I’d also gently suggest the hotel reconsider its phone policy around the pool and breakfast areas. While pool floats weren’t allowed, we noticed children (and even some adults) playing videos or games on their phones without headphones, both in the indoor pool and at breakfast, which was more disruptive to other guests than a float would have been. A house rule encouraging headphone use for phone audio in shared spaces would go a long way toward preserving the relaxing atmosphere the property otherwise does so well.
Overall, still a lovely stay and one we’d consider again, with hope that these small issues get addressed.

It’s a bit dated. Terrible pillows so not great sleep. Staff were slow especially in bars and porters.
