The location of the hotel is excellent. Far enough away from the busy town centre but close enough for a convenient walk to shops and restaurants. The rooms were very clean. We had a lake view with balcony which was lovely to sit and enjoy.
There was absolutely no sound proofing from the room above us. We could literally hear a tap running and the water flowing above our heads (often very early in the morning which kept waking us). Every flush of the toilet upstairs sounded like there was a waterfall in our bedroom! You could hear every footstep above.
There is no privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom area added to which....the privacy screen (partly misted glass screen) for the toilet itself does not offer sufficient privacy at all as there are gaps around it which leaves a rather embarrassing situation for the person on the toilet. There was no wardrobe in the room, just some ridiculous rail and a few coat hangers provided. The bathroom sink is at knee level with a tall pot for a sink. This hotel is all about trendy features and how it looks in a brochure. It just doesnt function properly at all and is very expensive for what you get.

Parkplätze vor dem Hotel waren ausreichen vorhanden und der Checkin war unkompliziert. Zimmer war sehr schön gestaltet und es hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut mit einer supernetten älteren Dame, die alles was gewünscht wird auch frisch zubereitet.
Einiges Manko war vielleicht, dass der liegebereich am See sehr klein war und dass es keinen Pool gab, dafür sehr schönes Hotel in wirklich guter Lage.

Frühstücksbuffet eher kleiner aber definitiv ausreichend und lecker, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit im Freien vorhanden sofern was frei ist oder alternativ nur kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage, gibt einen eigenen Bereich am See mit Liegen wo auch Getränke auf die Zimmerrechnung bestellt werden können
leider kein Pool vorhanden, keine Möglichkeit mittels Türschildern mitzuteilen „kein Zimmerservice“ notwendig (wir waren nur 2 Tage und es wäre wirklich nicht notwendig gewesen)
