Nice room, comfortable and clean. Lovely pool and spa facility and hotel in great location on lake with a quick walk into town with lots of bars and restaurants and the ferry stop.
For a four star hotel the internet was not very good and I used up a lot of my roaming data.

What a beautiful stay at this hotel. It was our first holiday abroad with our 1.5 year old and we had a great time. The staff were very kind, breakfast good and lots of choice and we loved the pool. It was always spotless and Bardolino was a great location for us. There was a Spar and bus station within a 5/10 minute walk and the restaurants and boat docks were all near too. We used the gym, pool and wellness suite and beds were very comfy. I would return - thank you! :)
The decor/interior was a little dated in the rooms and upstairs corridors. The rooms did have everything we needed so it was ok and we were very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned very well.

Rooms were very nice, updated, quiet and accommodating staff
The meals were average compared to stays in other 4 star properties. However the staff handled crowds and busy times with great professionalism. They were outstanding.

Staff was nice, breakfast was good. Nice location.
Air conditioning was not working well. The room was warm and we did not get much sleep because of this.
