Everything was great, amazing food with lots of variety.
Great staff specially Mr Mahmoud from the reception who upgraded our rooms free of charge and Mr waleed in the restaurant. As well the head chef who was available in the restaurant all the time making sure everything is in order.
Nice beech with a nice coral reef, great entertainment program everyday.
Access to the aqua park as great as well.

For the third year in a row, this resort continues to be my perfect place to spend my annual holiday with my family. I find perfection in everything they do, staff hospitality, food quality and varieties, cleanliness, entertainment. Thank you so much Iberotel team.

The staff of hotel were very friendly except some people treats Arabs with racism
This hotel doesn't deserve five stars at all. The water was served in a very dirty plastic cup. My room's refrigerator was filthy and contained only one bottle of water, even though cheaper hotels don't have this problem. The beach is shared by several hotels, and the designated swimming area is very small and crowded. The food is subpar, and I don't know how this hotel got five stars; it's overpriced for such poor service. The hotel itself is small, the rooms are very cramped, and there are only two small swimming pools. I had booked five nights and had to leave and go to another hotel so my vacation wouldn't be ruined.
