We had an excellent experience at Jaz Makadi Oasis from start to finish. What stood out most was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful, always doing their best to make our stay enjoyable.
The food was brilliant. There was an impressive variety at every meal, with plenty of choices for different tastes, and the quality remained consistently excellent throughout our stay.
The beach and pool experience was fantastic, and there was always something to enjoy during the day. In the evenings, the hotel offered great shows and entertainment every night, which made each day feel complete.
One of the best compliments we can give is that we did not feel the need to leave the resort for a single day. Everything we wanted was there.
The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, but what makes Jaz Makadi Oasis particularly memorable is its distinctive character and atmosphere. It does not feel like a generic resort; it has its own charm and identity.

From the 1’st moment at check in time till the last moment while checking out the level of hospitality and care was above all expectation, such professional friendly culture showed by everyone made our vacation worth every second
The property design itself makes you feel home,
Everything was close, variety of swimming pools, the access to the beach was very nice, the Makadi water world was fantastic

The food is very good
The staff were very rude to us cos we are Egyptians; they were unprofessional and untrained, fir example when I asked for a coffee; a waiter started ti say what is coffee? We made a complaint and Mr Hassanin the staff manager was very professional in responding, and supported us during our stay; but in general the staff doesn't smile and they are rude. Also, the rooms are old and needs maintenance. During the last day of our stay the hotel was super crowded we couldn't get plates to dine. The staff at the pool, beach and restaurant are very rude and unpleasant and we wont go again because they made our stay uncomfortable
