Special thanks to Mr. Romany the deputy manager. The staff were very welcoming, they did their best to make sure everyone is enjoying his time.
The resort is very clean, the furniture is new, food was delicious and exceptional.
The entertainment shows need to be improved.
The sea was away because of the tide, we couldn't enjoy the sea

Food was good. Pools are good and rooms are clean.
Sales representative at front office was really annoying, not helpful at all. I was very disappointed with his attitude.
Aqua rules are the most restrictive all over hurghada hotels. I stayed almost in all 5 stars hotels their that do have aqua parks and non offers their rules. The stuff are very afraid and always very protective for themselves not to face any penalties. However the manager of the aqua was the exception.

Jetty leads to a nice snorkeling spot.
Food was not good quality, room is very old looking, stuff member which was assigned to our building, even though we haven't requested any service, straight asked us for 10 euro tip, prior our check out. We give out tips to people that serve us, never been asked to give specific amount of money as a tip :D
