Toller Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen bei der Vielzahl an Urlaubern

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Leckere und unterschiedliche Speisen. Tolle Lage am Strand mit Riff zum schnorcheln. Schöne große und saubere Zimmer. Tolles Animationsteam und abwechslungsreiche Shows am Abend.

In der Ferienzeit viel zu voll und vorrangig deutsche Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Hoher Geräuschpegel und daher wenig entspannt. Lange Wartezeiten bei den Mahlzeiten um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten bei den Abendveranstaltungen. Die wenigen Liegen am Pool werden von unverschämten Gästen schon vor dem Frühstück einfach reserviert, somit bekommt man keine Liege mehr am Pool. Das Personal räumt die Handtücher nicht weg. Erholsam war der Aufenthalt daher nicht unbedingt.

Buchung wurde ein Tag vor Abflug storniert. Ich mußte neu für 400,00 € Aufpreis buchen. Hotel OK

Hauskeeping war excelent

Am 16.01.2023 reservierte ich über Booking.com, Bestätigungsnummer: 2670281981 ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick, in der Zeit vom 14.10 bis 22.10.23, für 1170,00 € Am Vortag des Abflugs, um 15:45 MESZ erhielt ich eine eMail das meine Buchung stornierte wurde weil keine Kreditkarten Daten hinterlegt waren. Hierzu ist anzumerken, dass es nicht möglich ist eine Buchung bei Booking.com, ohne gültige Kredit Karte abzuschließen. Hinterlegt war meine Amex. Ich habe somit gezwungenermaßen, erneut am 13.10 abends, buchen müssen. Booking.com Bestätigungsnummer: 4288884805, Zimmer mit seitlichem Seeblick, für 1569,00 €. (Zimmer mit Gartenblick war nicht mehr frei). Die Buchung wurde mit der gleichen hinterlegten Kreditkarte akzeptiert. Mir ist somit ein Schaden von 399,00 € entstanden. Das schlimmste aber, war der Stress am Vorabend das Abflugtages die Buchung storniert zu bekommen. Ich weiß nicht, ob das eine üble Masche von Ihnen ist, oder ein technisches Problem war. Für mich ein Zeichen nie wieder in Ägypten etwas direkt buchen, sondern nur noch über einen Reiseveranstalter. Ihr Haus aber bestimmt nicht wieder

Exceptional

We had a very pleasant arrival and we were greeted warmly. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Due to the bracelet we received at the beginning, which indicates that we are of legal age, we never had to show our ID at the bar. The beach was very nice and clean. We especially liked the evening entertainment. Thanks to the great commitment of the dancer Moose, we were able to end various evenings in a fun way.

Good but bad reception.

Good service, good beach, good room service. Food is not bad but only made of simple ingredients.

Unfriendly and unhelpful reception service. Drinks are not really great. Missing mosquito screen for balcony door so you can sleep with open balcony door instead of with AC.

We had a fab time, reception and staff were very pleasant and helpful when needed.

Rooms were lovely with brilliant views. air con worked well in our room but noted it wasn’t as good in the other room.

Best Eid Vacation ever

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. The location was also perfect, right by the beach. I was impressed by how well-maintained and clean everything was, from the hotel grounds to the swimming pool. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation experience. Everything was fantastic and I can't wait to go back!

food was OK, quite big choice of various world kitchen meals. Food not spicy, but big choice of spices and oils to add yourself, which I like. Makadi Golf resort was fantastic in the area. Animation team - were really nice and initiative people.

BAR service was bad... I ask drinks without ice, but they bring drinks still with ice and it happen like more than 15 times during the week. The "El Shisha" Shisha - was the worst shisha in my life.. the man who did it - do not know how to make it good, (not enough heat, to much water, not enough flavor)

Lovely resort

Hotel: - Stores, currency exchange, night entertainment, restaurants, water sports and spa facilities available. - I found the hotel to be inviting, friendly and beautiful Service: - Reception Staff were absolutely lovely. - Every Staff we encountered, from the security to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. #Bishoy should be promoted absolutely amazing guy!! - Snorkeling team were fantastic Location: - Within 30 minutes from the Hurgada town - Beach is absolutely beautiful and clean - Water Park nearby with shuttle buses available Rooms: - Room was, clean, spacious, lovely and had very comfortable beds - Bathroom was also very spacious and clean - Fridge, safe lock and TV entertainment available in many languages. Spa Facility: - 2 large Jacuzzi with cover - Massage therapy available - Swimming pool and outdoor area was clean, spacious and lovely for all guests including families.

Service: - Dinner time closes early > 9pm. - No variety of food available, same food was offered every night with a slight change in the meat selection. - When ordering coffee regardless of location in the resort we would wait upto an hour at times. - Entertainment needs to be upgraded as we were very bored and ends at 11pm - Nightclub/ Party at neighbouring hotel would not allow guest entering after 9pm which was absolutely disappointing as a result we were never able to enter the party. The hotel provides no entertainment so overlooking the party and not having anything else to do is a night killer. If your a party lover and going as singles or a group I wouldn't recommend staying here as you will be very bored here at night. - WIFI would disconnect almost all the time and one would have to sign in each time. - Requested an iron to the room which was pointless, as it was not hot enough to iron.

Nice place and staff but terrible food

The staff was nice and always with a smile. The location is good and well taken care of. The rooms are spacious.

The food was terrible. Not even close to a 3 star level. They did a lot of food recycling in buffets and had low quality.

Superb

Aqua water world was not good this time a lot of people because they open the day use , the buoys sliding aids was not enough and not ful air condensed people from out side Jaz was entering , the sliding aids specially double need to be fixed , this is the 1st time since six years I saw aqua like this

Great experience and value for money

Everything, starting with the amazing beach, the clean pool, the marvelous view from the last floor room 😍, the cleanliness of the facility, the free aqua access, and the kindness of the staff and especially the following: Mr. Sayed (Front Desk) Mr. Hassoub (House Keeping) Mr. Ibrahim (Waiter)

Great location with room for improvement

Friendly staff, great location right on the beach, free access to the water park.

I went to the same hotel few years back and i think the food variety and quality was higher before .. hope they had a pool bar .. animation team was more efficient few years back.
