As a repeater guest, I was happy to be back. The hotel kindly upgraded my room to Pool & Sea View, which was a wonderful gesture. The reception team was friendly and helpful, the animation team was fantastic, and a special thanks to Younis for his energy and kindness. The buffet food was of good quality, and overall I had a very enjoyable stay.
Guests should be informed about the dinner dress code before arrival through Booking or email. The buffet could offer more variety, and both the Italian and seafood à la carte restaurants did not meet my expectations. The service quality needs more staff training, especially compared to Cleopatra Sharm. Dinner ends a bit early at 9:30 PM, and all pools close at 6:30 PM despite sunset being much later. Also, there were not enough sun loungers around the pools, and by around 11:00 AM it was often impossible to find an available one.

The pools, the rooms, the food, the cafes, the sunsets… the customer service from Mr Ahmed and Mr Eslam in the dining room and Mr Korolos by the pools was outstanding. We used the gym and had a day out on quad bikes which was a lot of fun. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

The property was amazing and the staff were really helpful, especially at the check-in desk — Mahmoud & Eid gave us a free room upgrade to a bigger one for the kids. The restaurant managers were great too, especially Mr. Alaa, who was very kind and helped us with anything we needed for the kids. Friendly throughout and made our stay really comfortable.
Not much really — just the bathrooms in the restaurants could use an upgrade; the doors and ventilation weren't the best, unlike the rooms, which were really great.

I had a great room overlooking/next to the beach.
Well maintained gardens and good housekeeping, clean room, friendly cleaner
Some of the main building, stairs are a bit shabby.
Sometimes there weren’t enough tea cups or glasses at mealtimes, cheap paper ones were put out instead ☹️
Staff in dining room and reception could of been a bit friendlier and smile
I lay on the beach for 3 days and only once did I see a waiter who asked if I wanted a drink
Reception forgot to call security with Taxi info causing an inconvenience as Taxi had to wait and had to ask them again to make the call
