We had an excellent stay at the hotel and were very impressed with the overall experience.
The check-in process was smooth and well organized, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The swimming pools were also exceptionally clean.
The reception team was highly responsive and professional. Whenever we needed anything, our requests were handled promptly and efficiently.
The restaurant was excellent, with a very professional team of chefs and a great selection of food. The evening entertainment was also diverse and enjoyable, with a variety of shows and activities.
All the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would be very happy to return in the future. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful experience at JAZ Neo saraya palms Hotel . From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Mostafa El Shazly from the Front Office/Reception, Mahmoud El Hawary, and Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, Front Office Manager.
All three were extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel genuinely valued as a guest and were always willing to assist with a friendly attitude and a high level of professionalism.
A special thank you to Mr. Mahmoud Abdel Aziz for his excellent management and to Mostafa El Shazly and Mahmoud El Hawary for their outstanding service and support.
Their dedication and genuine care for guests truly made a difference and contributed greatly to making my stay comfortable and memorable.
