The room and restaurant and quality of hotel all of that is very good.
Aqua Park is very good but need to increase the employees for the place.
-housekeeping is terrible there didn't have a nice communication with gust, the golf car needs to be more that because the number of gusts in very high and we lost our time to waiting for the transportation.

The property was lovely and clean.
The spa staff were extremely persistent and continually tried to sell treatments, even after we had politely declined. Their hard-selling approach became intrusive and uncomfortable. Some of the waiting staff also repeatedly put on exaggerated British accents when speaking to us, which felt mocking and was completely inappropriate for a resort that presents itself as high-class. To make matters worse, my 14-year-old son was charged £18 for a small football in the resort shop. It felt as though he had been deliberately taken advantage of because of his age.
