We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Royal Makadi! The resort is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and our room was clean and comfortable. The pools and beach were lovely, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

This is my ninth time staying at this hotel. From the very first time I walked in, I felt like I was entering my second home. ❤️
From the moment you arrive, you immediately feel comfortable and welcomed. You are greeted with a refreshing drink, and if the rooms are available, they arrange an early check-in. They also let us see the room before we settle in, so if we have any concerns or requests, they can be addressed immediately without wasting any of our precious vacation time.
I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Amr, the Front Desk Manager, for his cooperation and support from the moment we arrived. He always goes above and beyond for us and for every guest, together with the entire reception team, to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
What I especially appreciate is that their care doesn’t stop once you receive your room. Every day, they contact us via WhatsApp to make sure everything is okay, that we have everything we need, and that there are no issues at all. And they always do it with a genuine smile that never leaves their faces. ❤️

And when it comes to the food, the restaurants, the quality, and the variety, honestly, words cannot express how grateful and impressed I am.
This is especially important to me because I have some health-related digestive issues that make my digestive system quite sensitive. Any problem with food quality or preparation could potentially turn into a serious issue for me and ruin my entire vacation.
Before I talk about the food and the restaurants, I would especially like to thank Chef Ashraf, the Executive Chef, who makes sure every single day that I have suitable food options, that everything is going well with me health-wise, and that any special dietary request I may have is taken care of.
There is just one small thing I noticed this year. We found two small cockroaches, one in my room and one in the children’s room. We contacted the hotel, and they apologized to us very much and sent a team to spray the rooms.
I completely understand that this is beyond their control, especially because the hotel has so many green areas. However, I just wanted to bring it to their attention and ask if there could be any solutions or preventive measures in the future.
