I loved how it had order and beautiful sights with amazing staff and great food and drinks and a special thanks to mr mena and mr mohamed saaed for making us feel even more welcomed
The rooms need renovation and the air conditioners need to be changed and we faced problems with two lizards infestations which were one each but they were handled well because of the pest control team

Our stay at JAZ Makadi Saraya Resort was truly exceptional, and we would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our family holiday so memorable.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and very well taken care of. The hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from the entire team were outstanding.
A very special thank you to the General Manager, Mr. Mohamed Gouda, for his exceptional hospitality and personal attention. We were truly touched by his kindness and by the wonderful gesture of upgrading us to a beautiful and spacious ground-floor suite with a living room, garden and pool view. This made our family stay even more comfortable and memorable.
We would also like to give special recognition to Mr. Mohamed Saeed, who provided us with full support and assistance throughout our stay. His cooperation, professionalism, and willingness to help with everything we needed were truly appreciated.
A special thank you as well to Yehia and Hisham from the Reception Team. Both were extremely helpful, welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist us whenever we needed anything. Their attitude and genuine care made a real difference to our experience.

Our suite was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping was excellent and every detail was taken care of.

The food quality and variety were excellent. We enjoyed the dining experience, and the restaurant staff were always friendly and attentive.
🏖️ Beach & Pools – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The beach was beautiful, clean and well organized. We particularly enjoyed the snorkeling area and the opportunity to enjoy the sea directly from the resort.
🎢 Makadi Water World – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Makadi Water World was absolutely amazing! Our family had a fantastic time there, and the transportation and organization were excellent.

The property was conveniently located in a tourist area, but a but further from the beach. The garden was very well maintained and it was overall clean. The rooms were spacious.
The rooms were spacious, but outdated and not so clean, in contrast to the garden. The food was fairly low quality and cold, and no fruit juice was available if one arrives later to breakfast or dinner (still within the opening hours though). The pools were also rather cold.
