It was an amazing experience actually, everything was up to the level, beverages everywhere. Variety in the food with different restaurants from the Italian, Mexican, even Chinese. Everything was perfect. The most comfortable thing that u r treated like u r in a good hand, with a dedicated guidance from Mr. Talal, it was very helpful and like a mentor any requests or questions anytime he is there for you. Moreover, The staff is fabulous, very funny and very welcoming. At the end, I would like to add warm thanks to Mr. Mohamed Abdel aziz, for his treatment and help in any special requests.

• Great resort for families and couples – well-organized, cozy, and suitable for all ages, with several water parks and direct access to the beach, where you can immediately enjoy a beautiful coral reef.
• Varied and hygienic food, including freshly made pizza, Egyptian dishes, and several à la carte restaurants at the resort.
• Lots of activities: even surfing lessons and a free-fall experience are available. Also to relax you have to use the lazy river. You can also book various excursions at the hotel and attend live shows.
• Delicious mocktails and great places to relax. And above all, amazing staff!
• A great upgrade to a family room overlooking the water park, which we were very happy with as a family.
• Special compliments to Mr. Wagdy Ramzy; he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available via WhatsApp as well as at the reception. He actively thought along with us and did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
• The resort is large but still well-organized, making everything easy to find and access. Definitely worth coming back to.

The beach was absolutely amazing, with beautiful coral reefs and an outstanding snorkelling experience. The location, landscape and natural surroundings are excellent, and the pools are also quite nice. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel has tremendous potential. We also appreciated that the hotel has recently moved under new management, and hopefully this will bring positive changes.
Unfortunately, there were many areas that did not meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel. The rooms are very outdated and require major renovation. The food was the biggest disappointment, both in the main and à la carte restaurants, with low-quality ingredients and poor overall quality. The animation team was extremely disappointing and, in our opinion, not even at a 3-star level. The AC in the reception and restaurants was almost non-existent, making the public areas very uncomfortable.
The staff were generally okay, but the level of professionalism was not what we would expect from a 5-star property. There were also many small operational issues that became frustrating during the stay. For example, when we were locked outside our room without a key, reception did not have a key available to help us.
This was part of our annual family friends' trip, a tradition we have maintained for 14 years, and unfortunately this is not an experience we would consider repeating in the hotel's current state.
