Staff very friendly and welcoming. Central location. Parking available. Small rooftop pool with views over town and sea. Large indoor pool. Excellent water pressure in shower.
Hotel is a little dated and could do with some reburbishment / modernisation. Quite expensive. Additional charges for parking. Breakfast was a bit of a scramble.

The location is great in the heart of Grado and the sauna and spa area is newly renovated. Very charming hotel with an old world flair. Parking (valet) is a plus as it is not easy to have parking right in the center of Grado.

The hotel is located 1 block from the sea and boardwalk.
Disappointed overall (as much as the hotel accommodated me with my requests) I was disappointed that within less than 24 hours and taking the full payment from me for my stay.... I then received an email of how a large section of the building is under construction, and the facilities closed.
I shared with the hotel management that I have the right to choose where I want to stay. I have choices. I should not have paid what I did for this majorly reduced access to facilities.
2nd I thought the hotel looked 'run down' this did not come across on the images I recall at the time of booking.
