Superb

Great location and good breakfast, friendly staff especially in the garage.

Not easy to find the way to reach the hotel by car. GPS gives you wrong indications and you get totally lost .

Ideal relaxation and recharge in a great place

Their scrambled eggs are the best in the universe, just like their Nutella croissant! The breakfast is delicious and abundant, the room is clean and quiet, and the neighbourhood is fantastic. From the top of the Hotel you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city and the beach. What else do you need for a fantastic stay? Strongly recommended. Thank you for the opportunity, I hope we can visit this Hotel in the future!

Everything was great and this is very rare. I could easily see the mistakes and problems, but this time I didn't find any. It was strange at first that our car was parked in the garage by the staff, but in any case, it is positive that the cars are parked in a covered garage (in case of extreme weather conditions, hails, etc - especially!).

Very good

Very friendly staff - special thanks to the super friendly garage-staff. Breakfast was very good, especially the coffee :) The room was clean, nice and comfy. The indoor thermal pool was nice as well and the roof-top terrace offers a great sight over the city

There is nothing much to dislike except the pool on the rooftop terrace which cannot be used during summer. The pool is (for whatever reason) filled with thermal water - so adding a little bit of sun - the temperature of the pool is well above 40 degrees Celsius, so you can only use it to cook yourself ;)

The location is just perfect for having some great days in Grado! Rooftop terrasse is very nice, breakfast is exceptional!

Pretty old facilities, the gym was horrible and should not be considered as gym,

Average facilities with unpleasant staff at the reception. Not worth of money and stay!

Traditional hotel in a good location

Perfect location in the heart of Grado. The view from the pool terrace is breathtaking. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

The room was a bit disappointing for a 4* hotel. No coffee or tea. Very small shower. No flexibility in times of check- in.

Hotel is clean and maintained. Location is perfect - in the pietonal area.

Hotel is not the newest. With small kids sleeping at 21:00, it was a little noisy.

A lovely hotel overall, could do with a re fit, but impeccably clean, and run by very professional friendly staff!

Excellent Staff, good breakfast! Great location, lovely bar. very comfortable bed. When we stayed it was over run with what appeared to be affluent middle aged miserable angry people people but the staff dealt with this very well. we witnessed several people being quite rude, but the staff maintained professionalism at all times. This is an historic building, and it was a pleasure to stay.

We found the decor rather dated, and not in the stylish sense, I.e poorly hung wall paper, pretty awful colours.. we stayed in a standard room which we felt was rather expensive for what it was. @ €260 per night we expected more? however it was in August and peak times? despite the decor, our room was impeccably clean.

Very nice, hotel on the promenade in the city center. From the windows was a beautiful view of the sea. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

lovely ambiance, wonderful food..we‘ll be back!

The staff was invariably friendly and helpful.The rooms comfortable.The dinners in the hotel restaurant were a delightful surprise, high class cuisine at a moderate price, a real must if you stay in this establishment. Gordon Ramsay eat your heat out! A nice swimming pool ( salt water) and good cosmetic treatments and massages round up nicely the holiday experience.
