The Stuff is very friendly and professional
The breakfast is various and fresh
No privacy, you can hear your next room phone calls even wake up with their phone alarms!
Only one elevator and fit 3 people maximum! So choose lower floors, mostly will not wait.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was also good. We could place our bikes in the garage.

the location of the hotel was good and the staff also were kind. but in italy mostly everyone is kind :)
The furnitures, bathroom, restaurant was very old. also the breakfast was very poor, and it included only "poor machine cofee" in the price. when i asked normal cofee, they asked my room number to charge it. Just a dat before in neighbour town Udine, i stayed in a higher class hotel for 20 EUR cheaper where the food was much better, i received as much normal coffee as much i wanted.
