Location to the beach, center, market, nice staff, breakfast, free bikes.
Maybe hotel bar could be serviced better during the day and evening.

The breakfast was great. Everything was delicious. The room was big and clean and it had a balcony. Although it didn't have a view, the balcony was good. The location was also good. It was a good surprise to have a local market on the street on Saturday, it was fun.
I liked everything. Sorry for that :)

The warm welcome we received when we arrived.
The room was large with an unexpected useful kitchenette and a sofa bed. The bathroom was adequate. The whole hotel was very clean and stylish.
The breakfast was lovely with a big range of products, typically Italian.
The staff were super friendly in a professional way and very helpful.
The use of bikes was brilliant as it allowed us to see much more of Grado than we otherwise would have.
There were a couple of restaurants quite close.
There were bus stops within a few hundred yards. The hotel was a good 20 minute walk from the main town. The beach and water were quite close.
The view! Our room looked onto the neighbouring apartments which were very close.
