The breakfast was not great. Pastry was not very good. Nor the eggs. Check out was noon (standard) but I could not go to the next place until after 2 pm. So I asked the hotel to keep bags (no problem) and sit by pool until 2 pm. I had vacated my room. The Manager refused stating I was no longer a paying guest and could not use any facilities. I have stayed in many properties around the world and almost every property allows guests to stay by pool or lounge until they leave for the airport or port. Eventually he grudgingly relented.

The water and sewage pipes in the hotel are not soundproof, you may hear the toilet flushing from the room above yours in the middle of the night. You may wake up to the sound of the water tap in the room right above or next to you. You will hear the water flow through the pipes all day long. Also, right next to the hotel is a church whose bell chimes at a specific time of day, so you'll wake up to that bell whether you went to bed early or late.

Excellent and comfortable apartment with good views from the room and great breakfast in an absolutely terrific part of the city a short walking distance from the central square. It was very safe to walk there at any time of day or night. Every building on every street in that area looked like a little palace, or even a large palace. If we are ever again in Buenos Aires, we will surely get back to this hotel. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is very helpful. We did ask recommendations for restaurant and concierge Gabriel made a reservation for us in the Cabana Las Lilas. Thank you very much to Gabriel, the food was delicious and service was great.

The location was nice and the hotel entrance/ welcome felt quality. The breakfast was basic but nice. Nice clean bed.

If you are a light sleeper this place is not for you. Alarms went off at 4am in the morning, the pipes made very loud noises all night, and you can hear neighbors move, sneeze and talk. The hotel said they could help arrange a taxi but then the front desk lady, in the morning, said she could not and didn't care. It was all very disappointing and we left so so tired. The pool upstairs was a nice touch but was unclean so I didn't go back and the bathroom was not clean.

The staff was very helpfull. I arrived a couple days earlier and had to wait for my ferry to Uruguay. For the meanwhile I asked if it was possible to store my luggage in the hotel and this was no problem. During my stay the staff was also helpful with different kind of things. The location was perfect, it's a huge city so it's impossible to be nearby everything, but this was good.

Excellent location. The room was quiet large, more like a suite, with a seperate sitting area, small kitchen and a seperate bedroom. The kitchen area had a fridge, cook top and kettle, however, no other equipment was provided besides two glasses and two cups. There was a good selection at breakfast. This is an older hotel and all areas could have used some upgrades, but all areas were very clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space if one was staying longer. We only spent one night.

It took us over 40 minutes to check out. The issue was about the room rate. The bill reflect a rate that was higher than the rate I was quoted when I booked the room. Eventually, the lower rate was honoured.

I booked this hotel because I had to change my plans quickly and stay in Buenos Aires for longer than I thought I would. I’m so glad I did as everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly helpful (Sebastien especially), the facilities are excellent, the breakfast and room service was delicious. The pool was smaller than I thought but perfect for cooling off after a hot day. My room had great facilities such as a kitchenette and a lovely bathroom. The WIFI was excellent too.

The only thing that could be improved about the hotel are very small issues, before getting in the outdoor pool I had to remove some plastic bags and a few bugs. The piano in the lobby could also have been tuned too.
