Location and rooms were good. Appreciated the luggage storage
Front desk staff were unhelpful and not friendly. They made sure that non Spanish speakers were meant to feel deficient. When I picked up my luggage with injured legs/walking with assistance of walking poles nobody helped me navigate the steps or ramp. Anybody on the street was more friendly.
