The staff were extremely helpful, room was spacious for large family and luggage, good quality beds, good shower, breakfast though simple was of high quality

Location , good hot water , good AC in the room and great service.
Wi-Fi not good in 9th Floor , and you can hear all noises outside of the room.

It was close to my meeting, walkable. The staff was helpful.
The lobby is nice but the facilities are in dire need of an upgrade. Everything, the elevators, halls, rooms. We were moved to another (more expensive) room after the sink in our first room was clogged and paid the difference to stay there the second night. Didn't want to risk going into another junior suite or other room and experiencing similar or other issues, especially after reading the reviews about bed bugs. The internet was atrocious in the more expensive room, and TVs (yes, more than one) didn't work properly. We were only there for two nights, so we just dealt with it. As a nomad traveler with an 8-year-old, I'm realizing more and more that hotels under $100 per night may no longer be a reasonable option.
