Great boutique hotel in a great location in Centro. Staff are very helpful and breakfast was above average. The room was very comfortable with the best rain shower head i have ever experienced. Roof top patio is very cool. Recommended.

Amazing stay at Carles Hotel. Clean room, surprisingly quiet even you’re in a busy area. Friendly staff, great breakfast! Will definitely book again here when I return to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!!
The only thing I can mention is I forgot my sweater at the cabinet. One place I didn’t check, my fault.

Cute boutique hotel close to downtown and many tourist attractions. The staff at the front desk are amazing. They are friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and the beds are super comfy. The only issue I had was that the housekeeping could be more thorough. There were several long pieces of hair found in the bathroom and one on the bed. The location is great and you can walk to most of the tourist locations from the hotel. The breakfast is good. I wish the fruit was covered since there were flies around. They could have had more hot items and a variety of eggs. We were only there for one night so didn’t get a chance to use the gym or rooftop. I would stay there again because I found the neighbourhood safe and the staff easy to talk to.

The location of this hotel is centrally located to all the beautiful Buenos Aires sites and Galleries. The front desk staff is helpful 24/7 in making reservations for taxis, tango shows, tours, etc. The full breakfast every morning is delicious and the rooms are roomy. brigh
t and modern. We an't wait to stay there again on our next visit to BA.

Absolutely deserving of their high rating! Location is close to lots of restaurants, ice cream shop, major attractions. The room was impressively clean. The best thing would be the service - we were given great restaurant suggestions and tips about major attractions. The staff clearly cared about doing a good job. Would stay again next time i'm in buenos aires.

Very professional and friendly staff at reception. Room was clean and air-con worked well. Bed was too firm for my liking, but this is a personal preference and others will prefer it that way. Price was fair and I would recommend it to others.

I loved the room with beautiful views out the windows! It was so clean also. What I loved most was the amazing customer service I received. Anything I asked for they delivered. Considering the level of service, the beauty of the room, the luscious sheets, and comfy bedding the price was ridiculously low. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall good for the reasons above. We had a bad experience with laundry, it was very expensive and not done well. Two cotton shorts came back shrunk by one size and not usable. I guess they were dried at high temperature. Washed at home before and never had a problem.

Absolutely loved my stay here, friendly staff and they have everything you need.
Spacious rooms, service, a small rooftop, gym and complimentary water which is very rare in south america.
Delightful, close to all major tourist attractions, beautiful cobble stone streets nearby and much more.
Location is more queit thn palermo and other buzzing neighbourhoods.
Limited but delicious breakfast, on new years eve they even provided a champagne bottle plus provided other instructions as well on new years eve which i think is a great addition

This is an amazing hotel, if you visit this city, one of the best choices is to stay here.
We are group of three, a couple with mom, staying at 8th floor, the suite with awesome street view. Comfortable, clean and convenient. Locations are superb, close to everywhere, including grocery, bus,subway and double deck tour bus.
Hotel staffs are extremely nice and helpful, helping to tour, guide, and book city events.
The hotel is safely secured by receptionist.
Really feel like home, will go back definitely.

Breakfast room homey, coffee made to order, great selection of hot and cold items. Can you imagine cheesecake for breakfast!

Aiden and Cecilia who worked evenings most helpful with directions, etc.
Within 2 blocks of Hop on Bus and other tourist areas.
Check in is 3pm - had to purchase another night as we arrived around noon.
Would definitely recommend and we would stay again.

We were amazed at the quality of this hotel compared to the price. Rooms were large and spotless, breakfasts were included and excellent, and the rooftop patio was a great spot for a sunset drink. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English.

The hotel is very nice and in a primo neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped me out considerably when the nearby bank wouldn't issue me any Pesos; the hotel itself issued me Pesos at a markup, but it was still very handy. The breakfast (desayuno) was fantastic. Highly recommend this property, especially as a single woman traveler.
