Close to public transport. Trains
Staff were friendly.
Bed could do with an update.
Kitchen only had 1 pot.
Only had one dish cloth which they took when doing room service.

Location, friendliness of the staff. Nice size room and value for money.
Was a little dusty, more cutlery and the first night was noisy. But outside of this. -good.

It was clean and comfortable. Clear access instructions.
Small maintenance issues needed fixing: light not working in kitchen, curtains off rail at their end, carpet needed stretching in bedroom windows needed cleaning.
